POSITION SUMMARY
The Commercial Vehicle Driver / Warehouse Operator is a dual role. The operator is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle and may also be required to perform Order Filler and Checker duties in addition to his or her own. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations Driver:
* Responsible to maintain a neat and orderly storage lot oriented toward maximizing efficiency in servicing the customer needs.
* Operate company commercial vehicles within a ~20 air‑mile radius to deliver and recover freight from customer locations.
* Verify shipment bills for required information prior to loading.

PROGRAM BACKGROUND:
MercyFirst's Pregnant, Postpartum, Parenting (PPP) Program provides 24-hour residential care and supportive services for youth with a history of trauma and the presence of complex needs. Three agency-operated group homes provide youth with structure and supervision within family-like settings designed to provide evidence-based treatment to promote emotional and physical safety and stability, practice positive coping skills, and build healthy relationships, as well as case management services to support discharge planning through family reunification or independent housing, and youth development services to foster growth and competency in daily life skills . The residential programs provide specialized residential foster care for teens who are pregnant or parenting, and also accommodate their child.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of the assigned Program Manager, the Transportation Worker provides transportation for our clients in whatever capacity is necessary. Shifts assigned may vary and change according to Agency needs.

The Commercial Vehicle Driver / Warehouse Operator is a dual role. Overview of Position: A Shuttle Bus Driver is responsible for the safe transport of guests in the Parking Lots and between Windham Mountain Club destinations. As the first point of contact for our guests as they arrive at Windham Mountain Club, Shuttle Bus Drivers have a high degree of guest contact and must leave our guests with an exceptional first impression.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Transport guests and employees to and from pick-up to drop off areas at all resort properties, primarily between parking lots and the main lodge.
Assist guests with loading and unloading of equipment.
Maintain contact with peers and supervisors to ensure timely transport of guests and avoid congestion of shuttles in a single resort area.
Coordinate with parking team to safely direct driving and pedestrian traffic.
Perform daily checks to ensure that vehicles are safe to operate.
Ensure that vehicles are always stocked with appropriate supplies.
Provide guests with accurate information on conditions, events, and programs.
Maintain a clean and orderly vehicle.
Identify and address potential hazards.
Maintain a clean and professional appearance, adhering to dress code at all times.
Requirements
Job Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years old.
Must possess at least a Class C Commercial Driver's License with a passenger endorsement.
Must not have any driving violations on record.
Must be alert, reliable and willing to learn.
Must enjoy and be comfortable interacting with both guests and employees in a friendly and helpful manner.
Must be able to safely pick up, transport, and deliver guests.
Must be able to lift skis/boards repeatedly.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to safely operate a vehicle in adverse winter weather conditions.
Ability to lift and maneuver up to 30 pounds (e.g. skis/boards) regularly.
Ability to work outdoors for long periods of time in variable weather conditions.
Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or for an entire work shift.
Ability to stand and walk on uneven terrain, including snow and ice covered surfaces.
Ability to climb stairs and ladders.
Work Schedule and Conditions: We are in the business of providing a premier product and guest experience. Traditionally our busy periods are during weekends and holiday periods which you will be expected to work. You can also expect to be asked to work extra hours or days on occasion, especially during the holiday periods.
