Key Responsibilities

Build, strengthen, and manage relationships with referring optometrists across Plano, Texas, and surrounding areas.
Develop and execute co-management strategies, including educational outreach, office visits, and training events.
Collaborate with the surgical and marketing teams to align patient care and referral growth initiatives.

Occasionally assist with our OKC location for patient care and co-management support.

Qualifications
Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree with an active Texas & Oklahoma license (or eligibility).
Prior experience in refractive or surgical co-management preferred, but not required well train the right person.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems, preferably ModMed.
