The Caesars Eats Runner position is responsible for receiving, packaging, preparing, cashiering and delivering Caesars Eats orders from a variety of food outlets on the property to the customer's location on property. This position is required to deliver excellent customer service as defined in the company's Family Style Service program.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Takes food orders, assists in preparation and packaging of food orders and serves or delivers orders to guest at their assigned location to include beach, pool, hotel room or other on-property assigned location. Provide friendly and courteous service to guests. Alert the necessary Manager if there are any guest issues, special needs situations, supplies and food items need to be replenished or other situations. Maintains the house bank issued to them, accounting for money in the bank at all times. Takes receipt and payment from guest, processes payment, and returns correct change/credit card receipt. Handle all transactions using a POS system and Computer/ I-Pad Make sure guest tables and all public areas are clean when applicable. Set up display merchandise for sale when applicable. Set up condiment area, observe self-serve area and replenish items as necessary when applicable. Answer guest questions regarding menu items. If part of the closing ***, will be responsible for storing unsold items properly cleaning all areas / counters. Must exhibit the Family Style Service model at all times.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
Three to six months of related experience and/or training in a similar food outlet, hotel or casino atmosphere is preferred. This position requires a minimum age of 21+. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.
