* Ensures proper programming on all packaging equipment.
* Demonstrates the ability to troubleshoot all packaging equipment.
* Demonstrates the ability to train on all procedures and operating techniques.
* Demonstrates the ability to work with maintenance to perform preventative maintenance.
* Ensures packaging equipment and immediate area is maintained in a food sanitary manner on a daily basis and during majorcleanup, which meets company standards.
* Ensures adjustments to packaging equipment, baggers, Ishida scales and bag coder are conducted for efficient operation andcan troubleshoot and optimize the following components.
* Ensures attendance and participation in training activities appropriate to the position and to incorporate acquired skills andknowledge.
* Ensures no injuries of self or others by following safe work practices and policies.
* Ensures self compliance with Company policies and procedures and Union Labor Agreement.
* Ensures the interface with team members and other support groups is conducted in a participative management style conducivewith operational goals.
* Ensures that additional accountabilities as may be required by management be handled in a manner necessary to meetoperational goals.

3+ years related experience and/or training
