Reports to: Senior TL, Business Process Improvement of Change Enablement
The Business Integration Lead will lead the Change Management efforts within World Wide Grocery Stores. They will play a key role in ensuring key strategic initiatives meet the change and project objectives on time and on budget by increasing Team Member speed of adoption. This position will work on several projects and change deliverables simultaneously and ensure timely completion of all project goals. The Business Integration Lead will work with leadership to identify change requirements and provide guidance to, the Change Enablement TMs assigned to create actionable deliverables based on Change Management assessments and plans. They will also create and/or provide input to deliverables working closely with project, training, and communications resources.
While the Change Integration Lead does not have direct supervisory responsibility, this person must be comfortable working in a matrixed environment, and acting as a coach to global, OA and store leaders helping them in their roles as leaders and sponsors of change. This position will be responsible for identifying, understanding and facilitating Change process change leading to single Change practices across OAs where appropriate.
Key job responsibilities
- Serve as the lead Change expert for assigned business areas
- Work with internal Team, business partners, and key Stakeholders to develop a Change Management strategy for each major sub-project. This would include Change Impact Summaries, Communication and Training Plans as well post-assessment activities to facilitate successful adoption of new initiatives
- Become an expert in multiple Change areas to facilitate understanding of Change requirements and operational decisions needed as well as facilitate agreement on companywide processes in support of project or program goals.
- Develop strategic, collaborative partnerships with regional business partners to understand their business needs and priorities in support of Change Management activities
- Collaborate with Change Process Analyst on assigned projects to understand the Change Management impact of process changes and incorporate into action plans
- Execute Change Management plans and activities in support of change and adoption activities
- Create communication and training collateral at times on own and at times with communication and/or training expert support
- Support and coach managers and leaders in their change sponsorship role
- Present Change Management information and updates to a variety of audiences including Steering Committees and Regional and Global Leadership groups
- Collaborate with business partners on systems deployment plans and coordinate successful execution of rollout schedules
- Escalate Change Management related risks as appropriate
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience leading and implementing large scale, process-related Change Management initiatives, preferably in retail operations and/or supply chain.
- Retail Change experience preferably in retail operations, purchasing or operational finance
- Ability to look at big picture to determine holistic Change Management implications of multiple sub-projects
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including a demonstrated strength in presenting complex concepts and ideas to a variety of audiences
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively in a matrixed environment with many different Change entities across the organization
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to respond quickly and appropriately to shifting priorities
- A passion for advocating for our Team Members, their needs and the experience they have with our systems
- Previous success building consensus amongst groups with differing points of view

Job Summary
The Production Operator is responsible for tasks associated with drug product processing, ensuring adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), customer specifications, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Tasks may vary in complexity, scope, and sequence, and the role requires recognizing issues to improve efficiency, throughput, and quality. Operators manage production schedules and contribute to troubleshooting process issues, ensuring safe, efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
Production
Operate pharmaceutical production machinery, following procedures for manufacturing activities such as weighing, blending, dispensing, mixing, granulating, drying, compressing, and encapsulating.
Adhere to SOPs to ensure material purity and proper equipment usage.
Verify materials against Product ID Labels, QC release tags, and Batch Production Records.
Clean and perform machine changeovers, conduct in-process product quality checks, and document results accurately.
Follow assigned schedules and participate in debriefs to address any production issues.

- Perform visual imagery data science to inform data collection, data labeling, and data selection for training deep computer vision ML algorithms, train the algorithms using the data, and validate data selection and algorithm design through a series of purpose-designed experiments. This includes:
o Analyze ML algorithms to solve a given problem and rank them by their success probability on new data

The Packaging Technician is responsible for providing assistance in duties related to keeping a production line running smoothly. Leads direct activities for production to focus on equipment and process.

• Efficiently maintains the operation of packaging machinery by monitoring codes, dates, and prices.
• Maintains an adequate supply of roll stock and ensures all packaging materials are available for each machine.
• Set up and write new programs for bag makers.
• Writes and/or edits machine micro logic as needed to maintain an efficient and low waste operation.
• Creating and modifying code dates.
• Performs preventative maintenance on equipment. Sets up and makes minor scale repairs and adjustments.
• Perform span calibration and/or adjustments on scales, adjust scales linkages so it opens and shuts correctly, make minor adjustments to formers.
• Efficiently operatespackaging equipment which may include case sealers and robot cells. This includes but is not limited to machine setups, troubleshooting, changeovers, proper running, procedural adjustments, sanitation cleanup, preventative maintenance, and shutdown.
• Properly plans ahead for machine changeovers and efficiently changing from one product item to another.
• Monitors and adjusts each machine to ensure proper cut off film and bags have proper end seals and back seals as required.
• Ensures machines are running at standard speeds.
• Monitors product appearance and adheres to weight control program.
• Able to run bagger, scales, counting conveyor, seal checker, weight check, case packers, and other auxiliary equipment as needed.
• Performs bag weight checks every 20 minutes and inspects for quality issues.
• Break person on metal checks.
• Performs metal checks and assists in changeovers.
• Identifies and resolves packaged product quality issues.
• Properly accounts for product run off and handles this product; accordingly, sorts through and reworks all good product
• Keeps machines and work areas clean, wipes packaging machines off and blows down area when required to do so.

How You Will Help

* Make minor repairs and adjustments to the machines using general hand tools including hammers, screwdrivers, open and closed end wrenches, ratchets, and sockets. Maintains machine lubrication using a site gage. Must be able to pull and push.

o Analyze ML algorithms to solve a given problem and rank them by their success probability on new data

Make adjustments to meet product specifications.
Troubleshoot and perform minor repair on blow-mold and support equipment.
Immediately escalates all bottle abnormalities, defects and quality issues when found.
Monitor supply levels of packaging materials and replenish as needed.
Pick up dropped bottles, place into bins and if needed into grinder.
Ensure correct labeling, bottle description and packaging of product in accordance with specific customer requirements.
Move finished goods to designated area.
Prepare & document daily production reports, including rejects, regrinds, line efficiencies and other.
Prepare maintenance request forms and document equipment repairs.
Receives instructions on specific job task by Lead Operator or Supervisor. Assistance is furnished on unusual problems and work is reviewed for application of sound professional judgment.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Duties may differentiate by plant based on equipment and plant design.
Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs.

EDUCATION:
• Prefer High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
TRAINING:
• Completion of Altium Production/Machine Operator training within 90 days of hire date.

In a Nutshell:
Laddawn has manufacturing facilities located from coast to coast, which allows us to rapidly ship to our customers no matter where they are located. You'll help us inspect and package finished product that wows our customers.
What you'll be doing:
· Packaging bags\/rolls into boxes, weighing the boxes, and keeping accurate counts in the computer system.
· Performing quality control checks on product and ensuring that all products are properly labeled with a Q.C. sticker before stacking finished product.
· Keeping the work area clean and clutter free: picking up scrap materials around the production lines and cutting scrap off cores.
· Alerting Setup Technicians or Changeover Technicians using the light system to keep them informed of production status.
Scheduling
Production workers are scheduled 12 hours per day, 4 days per week, and work every other weekend.
Day shift is scheduled from 8am\-8pm. Night shift is scheduled from 8pm\-8am.

Department: Manufacturing & Distribution - General Labor Employment Type: Full Time Reporting To: William Freelove Compensation: $17.80 / hour Description The Machine Operator (1st shift) is responsible for the set-up, production, quality and maintenance of the assigned machine. The machine is hand fed by inserting the cut blank into the holder (grips) mounted on a sliding carriage, which is pushed into contact via a lever to engage the head to produce a threaded nipple.
The operator sets up his machine by first identifying the material to be threaded and ensuring that the correct reamer is in place. S/he then checks the part through the use of assorted gauges, which give the correct depth and length of the thread. The operator also performs a visual inspection of the part for ream, facing, thread quality and overall appearance of the part.
Any adjustments on the machine to produce a quality part are performed by the operator through the use of tooling, which includes an allen wrench, socket wrench, chaser gauge, chasers and the chaser grinder. The operator is responsible for the removal and installation of the reamer and grips and also the removal, installation and maintenance of the chasers. The chasers are maintained to performance through the use of the chaser grinder to sharpen, repair or change the degree of the angle.
The operator maintains a clean and safe machine and work area.
The operator must also perform required maintenance checks. All operators are responsible for keeping accurate production records, which are recorded in the computer planning system. The operator is responsible for meeting established production standards.
