RESPONSIBILITIES Operates, sets up, adjusts, disassembles, and cleans advanced blending and packaging machinery to meet specific product and customer requirements. Measures, mixes, and dispenses adhesive products by hand or using equipment, following strict safety, quality, and procedural guidelines. Performs and audits material checks, in-process inspections, post-packaging evaluations, and clean checks to ensure compliance with applicable quality standards. Troubleshoots product and equipment issues, makes formula or process adjustments, and collaborates with Leads on complex equipment or material challenges. Develops and updates Work Instructions and Bills of Material, trains and mentors other packaging team members on technical procedures and quality expectations. Acts as a technical resource for resolving packaging and blending issues, demonstrating a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset. Participates in continuous improvement initiatives such as LEAN, One-Piece Flow, Single Minute Exchange of Die, and 5S activities to optimize safety, quality, and efficiency. Collaborates cross-functionally with Quality Assurance and Engineering on new product introductions, training sessions, and first-article builds.
