Prepare donation receipts for house pickups and miscellaneous deliveries as needed. Maintain accurate truck logs in accordance with state and federal regulations. Observe all vehicle operation policies and report any emergencies to supervisors immediately. Operate forklifts and other vehicles when certified. Keep work areas clean and organized, including sorting and storing donations, metals, furniture, and bins. Follow all company safety policies and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Provide courteous and professional customer service during pickups or public interactions. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
