This role leads the Operations Division of the Depositary Receipts platform, managing 60 employees across 5 locations and functions. These teams perform various tasks and processes to support issuer clients, brokers, and investors.
Responsible for day-to-day management of Operations teams accountable for organizing, directing, and managing Operations resources aligned to PODs and Service Delivery Groups (SGDs)

Execute the Operations strategy for the Platform by planning and day-to-day management of the Operations teams within the SDGs

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience required
10-12 years of total work experience with at least 1-2 years of management experience preferred

Background in process re-engineering and experience leading large, diverse teams

Set up machinery for jobs to run efficiently with all parts checked to blueprint and job order.

Responsible for the safety of the equipment he/she is using. Responsible for notifying supervisor of any and all repairs needed.
