Candidates will be picking and packaging food products in a Cold Room, The warehouse is a large distribution center for one of the largest grocery stores in America. Candidates will be receiving, picking, palletizing, and getting products ready for delivery daily. Fast paced work environment.
1st shift 20-21/hr

• Team player mindset (helps others if they see they are struggling)
• Positive Attitude (showing up and being respectful each day)
• Effectively manages time (must be able to work independently)
• Work in a fast-paced environment and have attention to detail
• Must be comfortable working in a cooler and freezer environment
• Must be able to work two weekends out of the month
• Must be able to work a rotating 3 week schedule
• If the team hasn't hit their cases picked goal, candidates must be able to stay longer some days (10 hours day)
