WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Maintains plant Cultivation by following Parallel's Policies & Procedures for the daily operations and fully comply with state medical and recreational cannabis regulations
Work closely with the Cultivation Supervisors/other team members on some elements of cultivation and production
Provide water and nutrients appropriately to ensure sustainable growth
Accurately weight and measure nutrient and water needs
Assists in transplants/restocking of vegetative rooms/transferring to flower rooms
Properly sets up trellis and ties up plant limbs appropriately
Fills out logbooks accurately
Consistently checks plant weights to ensure proper saturation levels

Responsible for day-to-day extraction processes and concentrate production including: whipping, filtering, rotary evaporation, speed mixing, and distillation
Follows Extraction standard operating procedures with safety as the highest importance
Maintains accurate and up to date solvent usage and run logs at all times
Demonstrates accuracy in production and maintains operational compliance
Reviews and follows safety and quality control requirements
Sets up, extracts in tandem or with supervision, and breaks down extraction systems with oversight of Lab Manager
Assists with extraction processes as needed by Lab Manager
Accurately produces and keep logs on machines that produce Crude Oils, Distillate, Waxes, Shatter, Badders, and other concentrate products.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you are the face of our retail locations, providing exceptional service and product knowledge to our customers. Your role is pivotal in driving revenue through effective sales strategies, maintaining store standards, and fostering a welcoming environment.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Drive Sales and Revenue:
Utilize upselling and cross-selling techniques to increase sales
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
Stay informed about current promotions sales, and programs and sales to inform customers effectively
Customer Service:
Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience
Provide detailed product information and recommendations
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally
Responsible for high quality patient customer service, retrieving patient information when required from the Medical Marijuana Use Registry, and maintaining confidential and HIPAA compliant paperwork
Package pre-orders efficiently and accurately for reserve ahead pickups
Obtain the appropriate documentation from each patient at every delivery, ensuring validity of their identification and registration with Medical Marijuana Use
Deliver products to customers in the store or via home delivery
Store Operations:
Operate POS and any auxiliary sales systems and handle sales transactions accurately
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor
Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
Set up and dismantle promotional displays and visual merchandising
Follow all state regulations pertaining to certified Cannabis retailers
Other duties as assigned
Compliance and Record-Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements
Follow loss prevention guidelines and monitor for suspicious activity
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU'LL BRING
Age 21 or over (Industry Requirement)
High School Diploma or equivalent (Industry Requirement)
Valid Government-Issued Photo ID (Industry Requirement)
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
1 year of experience in retail or a related customer service role
Proficiency in operating POS systems and handling transactions
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and resolve issues promptly
