What's the job like? Patrol an assigned area by vehicle or on foot to ensure public compliance with existing parking ordinance. Patrol properties to maintain safety. Issue warnings and citations for illegally parked vehicles. Locate suspicious objects or vehicles. Communicate situation details to appropriate personnel. Observe and report hazardous conditions that need to be resolved Make arrangements for illegally parked or abandoned vehicles to be towed, and direct tow-truck drivers to the correct vehicles. Enter and retrieve information pertaining to vehicle registration, identification, and status, using hand-held computers. Use databases to locate investigation details or other information. Maintain assigned equipment and supplies such as; Tools Hand-held citation computers Direct vehicle traffic in garage properties to reduce congestion Assist motorists or pedestrians at assigned areas Sweep up assigned areas Take out the trash at assigned areas Compensation: Stable pay starting at $17/hour Auto reimbursement avaliable Start Earning PTO (Paid Time Off), Day 1 Weekly Pay: Get paid every Friday!
