The Role
As a Medical Operations Manager of Vertical Partnerships, you will embed with each care vertical (CV) to ensure we are reducing patient friction points and optimizing our practitioner network to execute key initiatives and goals. You will partner with Vertical GMs and other key members of the care verticals to support strategy and operational work insofar as it involves practitioner resources and training, launch preparedness, provider-to-patient operational improvements, and leveraging the Ro Care Team in support of company goals.

We are looking for someone with a passion for healthcare and an insatiable curiosity to lead operations for our healthcare verticals. You will work with a cross-functional team to ensure that we have the staffing, processes, and performance monitoring in order to deliver high-quality care to patients.
What You'll Do:Problem identification, structuring, and analysis. Develop, analyze, and own key metrics focused on improving patient experience, reducing friction points, optimizing practitioner network performance and efficiency, and capacity modeling Scrappy, direct experimentation. Work closely with the vertical team members (product, marketing, data, care, design) to optimize the patient journey and practitioner efficiency (e.g., pilots, A/B tests, impact analyses, journey mapping) to impact metrics/goals Cross-functional collaboration. Work closely with other vertical team members, as well as central Medical Operations teams to implement new processes and impact key vertical goals Launch readiness. Ensure the operations and clinical teams are ready for any pilots, condition changes, and launches Equipping practitioners with the tools and information they need Proactively identify areas of opportunity through independent reporting and deep-dive projects Using data-driven analyses, translate conceptual questions into information for team decision-making Develop and operationalize reporting to measure the impact of executed initiatives Act as liaison between Vertical GMs and Medical Operations, operationalizing vertical-specific initiatives and launches
What You'll Bring to the Team:2-3 years experience in a highly analytic operational/strategic role Proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, and Modeling. (Looker experience is a plus) Background in developing independent quantitative analyses, presentations, and support material to successfully implement strategy or initiatives Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and presentation skills, especially with leadership stakeholders and technical teams Ability to manage multiple project timelines with multiple phases and stakeholders at the same time Experience managing projects from concept to execution, with the ability to incorporate learnings from previous projects to ensure continuous improvement Independent and strategic problem-solver who is able to anticipate and proactively answer questions within a compelling narrative Detail-oriented while able to keep the big picture in mind - both in project scope and execution.Comfortable with ambiguity; able to identify and balance both short-term actions as well as long-term strategies

The role

This person will become a strategic partner to our Partner Success team as they work through renewals, churn, and other adhoc requests. Champion large-scale projects that spans across various disciplines and involves collaborating with different stakeholders across the business. Oversee the individual portfolio allocations and ensure that accounts are properly categorized, assigned, and balanced across the commercial teams.Own the performance tracking & monitoring for the various portfolios across commercial teams to ensure that the organization's strategic plan is being adequately executed. Provide mentorship and strategic support to the Partner Success team and others across the commercial teams to systematize the ways we work together.
To help us level up, you'll bring: Someone with a strong foundation in account management/customer success operations, revenue operations, or sales enablement. Startup experience is preferred.Ideally someone with exceptional leadership capabilities and has experience growing and mentoring other leads. This person should be comfortable making commercially informed data-driven decisions. The candidate should have a strategic outlook and the ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders across the org to act as the voice of the account management team.
