Role Overview Peak Beverage is seeking a passionate, beverage-focused, and account-based marketing experienced Sr. Marketing Manager to lead and own our entire marketing function - strategy through execution. This is currently a one-person marketing organization supported by external agencies and contractors. 30% of the job is strategy, and 70% is completing marketing work. Peak Beverage is hiring a Sr. Marketing Manager to architect and run the end‑to‑end growth engine for a fast-scaling, beverage-first hospitality company transforming bars at events, venues, and festivals across Colorado, Texas, and beyond. This is the rare opportunity to own brand, demand, and account-based marketing in a category with national headroom, similar in ambition to Aramark, Compass, and Delaware North-but focused solely on beverage programs that turn every pour into a profit center. You will be responsible for translating business goals into clear marketing priorities, directing outside partners, and personally executing where needed. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on delivery and is accountable for turning brand strength into consistent, qualified pipeline. You'll partner closely with Sales, Operations, and leadership to ensure marketing is focused, measurable, and directly tied to revenue growth.
