**Position Summary:**
As the Human Resource Generalist, you will be responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and collaborating with HR management in supporting Core-Mark. You will drive recruiting efforts and provide support for safety, workers compensation, employee relations, payroll, benefits, and training functions. A successful candidate will maintain HR compliances, contribute to innovative HR practices, and play a strategic role in ensuring an environment that enables all.

**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Support onboarding needs and facilitate weekly new hire orientation.
+ Processing biweekly payroll for two locations (~300 employees per location).
+ Administering various HR plans and procedures for all Core-Mark personnel including pay, benefits, and leave related processes.
+ Performing HRIS data maintenance; including new hires processing and status changes.
+ Addressing employee inquiries regarding company policies, procedures, and HR programs.
+ Conducting best practice surveys and assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
+ Providing employee relations support including conducting investigations.
+ Providing legal support for all active litigations.
+ Conducting initial employment verification, pre-screen of candidates, and exit interviews.
+ Performing HRIS data maintenance; including new hires processing and status changes.
+ Maintaining personnel, payroll, and benefit files in accordance with federal and state requirements.
+ Conducting regular audits on employee timekeeping records to ensure compliance.
+ Assisting with responses to unemployment claims.
+ Coordinating employee training, employee awards, and other Core-Mark programs.
+ Providing additional support to HR process across Core-Mark.
+ Performs other related duties as assigned.

Position Summary:
Select cases and other containers of food and non-foods products to fill customer orders from multi-level rack warehouse storage systems. Items are placed on pallets and completed orders are moved to the loading dock staging area with an electric pallet jack/forklift, wrapped, labeled, and readied for shipment in a timely manner observing all safety regulations and ensuring all quality standards are met while maintaining the efficient flow of product through the production process. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duties assigned to best serve the company.
Position Responsibilities:
Follow all preferred work methods, safety policies and procedures per company guidelines. Ensure work area is safe and report any unsafe conditions and/or acts immediately.
Review work schedule, obtain supplies required to perform the work and prepare for operations. Perform a safety check on pallet jack/forklift to be used and insure that all other safety devices are functioning properly. Put on all required Personal Protective Equipment and Safety Gear.
Meet required productivity and accuracy standards per location and company guidelines.
Place pallets on pallet jack and operate along assigned multi-level racks and locate products according to order sheets.
Manually place the appropriate stock items on pallet from pick slots and racks as required. Use single and/or double pallets as directed.
Transport completed palletized customer order to shipping dock staging area. May be required to shrink-wrap pallet for staging.
Remove batteries requiring recharging, replace with charged batteries, or attach re-charger and complete vehicle inspection checklist. At the end of the shift secure all equipment and complete all necessary paperwork.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Position Summary:
The Divisional Margin Lead is responsible for the creation, development and execution of initiatives supporting overall Divisional margin strategies. Position Summary:
Repairs and maintains all heavy tractor, trailer, refrigeration units, and converter dolly units.
A technician at the Apprentice (entry) level is just beginning a career in heavy vehicle maintenance and repair. Apprentice technicians may be capable, but are limited to the most basic diagnosis and repairs. Direct supervision and training are required at this level. (GFS expects employees hired at this level to progress to the Skilled level technician.)
A technician at the Skilled (basic skill) level requires less supervision direction and/or assistance to make typical GFS diagnosis and repairs. Any diagnosis or repair made by a Skilled technician may need to be reviewed and/or inspected by a supervisor or a mentoring Master technician. (GFS expects employees working at this level to progress to the Certified level technician.)
A technician at the Certified (advanced skill) level is capable of correctly making most common fault diagnosis and properly performing most common repairs with limited supervision or direction, and with the occasional assistance of another individual. (No Requirement to move beyond CERTIFIED level.)
A technician at the Master (journeyman skill) level is fully capable of correctly making any diagnosis and properly performing any repair without the supervision, direction, or assistance of another individual.
Essential Functions:
Inspects, maintains and repairs Diesel engines, Gas Engines, refrigeration units, and all systems/components related to heavy duty tractors, trailers, and refrigeration units.
Performs and interprets diagnostic testing to determine malfunctions on all equipment types.
Performs daily inspection and preventative maintenance of equipment and follow-up on driver's write-ups to make repairs as necessary.
Performs general cutting and welding as necessary.
Makes road calls to repair equipment as necessary.
Assists in repair of shop equipment including garage doors and all power tools.
Determines if rolling stock is safe to operate or needs to be serviced.
Completes all reporting accurately and in a timely manner and communicates status of current assignment to management.
Maintains a clean and organized work environment.
Operates all equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Drives vehicles and moves equipment in, out, and around the shop.
Delivers and/or picks up techs at vendors when equipment needs additional service.
May be required to drive a company vehicle to another garage or to meet another fleet technician for parts.

**Responsibilities:**
Market Management:
+ Guides planning and development of departmental market budgets and evaluates market operations in terms of fiscal management to ensure fiscal responsibility in the market's operation.
+ Collaborates with Market Leadership to maintain and enhance interface capabilities with other functions and departments in an effort to continually improve overall organizational efficiency as a market.
+ Analyzes, identifies, and proposes action to the solution of problems with the operations and leadership teams of individuals and departments in an effort to increase the effectiveness of operations.
+ Provides coaching and direction to the site Vice Presidents of Operations in order to achieve and maintain optimal Market efficiencies
+ Key participant in market cross-functional leadership team.
Operations Management:
+ Works with site leadership to ensure execution of slotting practices and optimal slotting configurations.
+ Works with site leadership to ensure optimal utilization of Roadnet and ensure proper routing practices and policies are being adhered to along with ongoing route optimization.
+ Works with each site to ensure compliance with all current food safety policies, protocols and requirements.
+ Ensures compliance with all Department of Transportation rules and regulations.
+ Monitors the utilization of transportation services by reviewing the coordination of back-haul functions and other routing/scheduling activities in an effort to increase the profitability of all transportation services.
+ Works with Talent Acquisition to ensure proper staffing needs are met.
Building and Equipment Maintenance Management:
+ Monitors market facilities to ensure proper maintenance and safety schedules are being utilized and adhered to.
+ Ensures that all warehouse and facility areas are maintained in a sanitary condition in an effort to ensure full compliance with food safety requirements and guidelines.
+ Reviews the cleanliness of fleet equipment to ensure proper sanitary conditions. Reviews and approves major expenditures to ensure adherence to market's budget.
+ Analyzes growth of facility size to maintain proper storage, receiving, and shipping capabilities for present and future business. This is to include office area and parking needs.
+ Reviews annual capital requirements.
Safety and Security Management:
+ Monitors the maintenance of market facilities by ensuring they are kept in a condition consistent with the safety standards set by Sysco in an effort to reduce or eliminate operations related injuries and damage/loss of product and equipment.
+ Ensures that market operations staff complies with all Sysco policies concerning safety and security of all operations related activities in an effort to reduce accidents and product loss.
+ Monitors injury levels and equipment/product damage levels to ensure that market operations management staff is enforcing policies concerning warehouse safety.
Talent Management:
+ Select, develop and retain the required operations leadership talent within the sites to meet current and future business needs.
+ Ensure that assigned site operations leaders successfully execute core distribution programs.
+ Utilizes Sysco talent management programs and tools (performance management, leadership development, engagement surveys, talent reviews) to manage and develop site operations leadership talent
+ Provides consistent and ongoing feedback on the performance of site operations leaders.

**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Management or an appropriate combination of education and management experience in distribution, supply chain and logistics.
+ 10+ years similar industry management and operational experience required.
+ Experience in both Union and Non-Union environments

Verify header labels are in upper right hand corner for the loader to easily locate.
Ensure work area is free of debris at all times. Help loaders by Unloading trailers staged in doors that contain pallets, blankets, straps and any debris left in the trailer. Raise door, lock trailer to dock & lower dock plate.
Work in extreme temperatures of 100 + degrees and below freezing
Ensure the Robo wrappers are clean and in good operational condition at all times. Do not allow excess shrink wrap to build up around guide wheel. Do not cut shrink wrap from rollers using a box cutter. Do not place stickers on any part of the equipment. Wipe down the equipment an end of shift each day.
Follow all safety work practices and maintain clean and orderly dock area.
Education/Training: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Related Experience: A minimum of one-year warehouse experience preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must be able to operate a pallet jack; Good attention to detail; Ability to read batch labels; basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide). Must be team oriented and able to get along with others

As a US FOODS Product and Sales Support Admin you will support division sales by addressing and resolving Territory Manager (TM), District Sales Manager (DSM), Chain Account Manager, Healthcare Manager and Major Account Manager questions and requests in a timely manner while utilizing detailed knowledge of U.S. Foods products, systems and tools. You will be the primary liaison between Area or Distribution Centers (DCs) Sales, Buyers, and Category Management as it relates to customer resolution activities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as the central point of contact for Area hub and market DCs for all internal sales inquiries related to product, specifications, availability, scheduling, and substitutions.
Resolve external customer and internal sales questions in a timely manner, typically by phone, email, text or other necessary means either by determining answer on own or escalating to appropriate division / regional resources or external vendors, as required.
Become subject matter expert in US Foods systems and tools to quickly and accurately answer inquiries including, but not limited to Prism, SmartDock, PIM/EPS.
Execute sample policy to obtain samples for customers and/or Territory Managers
Develop and maintain current knowledge and resources to be able to answer questions regarding, but not limited to product availability, delivery schedule, broker contact and line information, product information and specification, product selection and substitutes.
Prioritize requests based on urgency and customer status.
Develop broker and vendor contacts along with using internal resource pool to independently address and follow up on sales inquiries.

QUALIFICATIONS
College degree or equivalent distribution or food service supply chain experience required.
Minimum 2 years of purchasing, merchandising, sales or customer service experience is required, preferably in a foodservice distribution environment. Previous US. Foods experience preferred. PRISM skills preferred.
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
Must be extremely organized, analytical and possess highly developed written/oral communication and interpersonal skills.

**Required Qualifications:**
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and/or 1-3 years of related experience.
Ability to communicate effectively and apply general math skills.
Ability to work reliably from verbal and written instructions.
Intermediate computer knowledge and ability to learn/use computer programs on the job.
Ability to obtain certifications for use of powered equipment; such as forklift operation.
Physical Demands & Working Conditions:
Physical ability to regularly lift, carry, and position: up to 10 lbs. regularly, up to 25 lbs. frequently, and up to 60 lbs. occasionally.

**Main Ingredients of the Job**
+ Safely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled customer delivery times
+ Carefully unload products from the trailer with a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand and place in designated customer storage areas
+ Verify accuracy of delivery with customers and obtain proper signatures
+ Handle collections and payments from customers when applicable
+ Professionally perform customer service responsibilities to enhance our client experience
+ Perform all pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspection
**Physical Requirements**
+ Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively during each shift required
+ Comfortable driving and working in inclement weather conditions with frequent stops (10+ per shift) required
**What You Bring to the Table**
+ **Register to the FMCSA Clearinghouse***
+ Must be at least 21 years of age
+ Must have valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications
+ Minimum of six months commercial driving experience (any industry) OR three months commercial driving experience in the food and/or beverage delivery industry required
+ Ability to operate manual transmission preferred; may be required in specific locations
+ Must be able to read and communicate in the English language - able to hold a conversation, to understand highway traffic signs and signals, to respond to official inquiries, and to enter information on reports and records.
