What You Will Be Doing
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Material Handler to join our team in Archbald, PA. In this role, you will work closely with Operations leadership, Production Control, Customer and Government Representatives to ensure the efficient and effective management of materials and inventory. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Work with Operations leadership, Production Control, Customer and Government Representatives daily in a courteous and professional manner
Perform all types of storeroom activity, including receiving and placing incoming materials into the storeroom and filling work order requirements
Process orders and production pulls/inventory/material movements in SAP and WM Apriso
Perform all necessary tasks associated with the setup, running, and daily maintenance of the SMT (Surface Mount Technology) Assembly line
Maintain perishable items using FIFO or expiration date criteria
Check quantity received against material receivers by counting or weighing
Store all material in a safe manner, utilizing space to maximum advantage
Participate during internal and external audits as required
Validate paperwork to product
Backfill other positions within the production control/material/shipping/receiving team when needed
Maintain a clean and orderly work area
Maintain records of results

Basic Qualifications

Position Overview
Unmasking: Carefully remove masking materials (such as tape, latex and plugs) from parts after painting.
Inspection: Inspect unmasked areas for any defects or imperfections.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Load and unload inventory from loading docks, deliver trucks, storage areas and production areas.
Scan all Raw Materials from assigned Dock Door to Warehouse location.
Ensure all incoming delivery matches the company purchase order.
Store materials in assigned locations.
Operation of Stretch Wrapper.
Receive Receipts in QAD immediately after load is complete.
Prepare finished products for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, and loading them.
Provide Lab with Raw Material Samples as needed.
Manage inventory by identifying, cataloging, and recording the inventory location.
Operate forklifts to handle materials and inventory.
Track supply levels and regularly submit purchasing recommendations.
Perform and report cycle counts and document in QAD.
Comply with all warehouse safety rules and guidelines.
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
1-3 years' experience working in a warehouse/manufacturing setting.
Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) forklift certification is an advantage.

Essential Job Duties:
Operate fork truck to move materials.
Spot check incoming product for quality assurance

High School Diploma / GED, or equivalent demonstrated skills and abilities in directly job-related experiences.
Possess good physical stamina and coordination with the ability to safely lift 80 pounds with prolonged periods of standing.
Able to work 10 hour shifts with potential overtime.
Willing to submit a pre-employment background check.
Able to work in a self-directed way to manage multiple demands of time and attention in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Work Environment

BASIC FUNCTION:
Under direct supervision, moves material, places material into store locations, and assists in loading materials/units. Operates forklifts and other material handling equipment. Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
General knowledge of operating forklifts, pallet trucks, hand trucks and electric hoists is important, but may be learned on-the-job. Knowledge of Etnyre materials, routings, and the manufacturing system will be learned through on-the-job training.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Frequent climbing, bending, twisting and/or lifting approximately 55 pounds (and periodically heavier loads approximately 80 pounds) will be required. Must be able to withstand all weather conditions, as much of the work will be performed outside.
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:
All work will be done in a timely manner within established quality standards and consistent with Company policies, priorities and needs. The individual holding this position has a broad responsibility for carrying out the objectives of the Company including supporting all company policies, meeting goals, and working as a contributing team member.
