    Job Description TRIGO Global Quality Solutions has one immediate opening for a Material Handler in Decatur, IL. Pay is $18hr and is a 2nd shift. Overall Purpose Ensure Quality services and support for all missions assigned to their site. Reports to Site Supervisor/Site Leads Responsibilities (To include but not limited to the following) Client Relationship & Business Development Act as an impartial third party between the production source and the customer facility to ensure the product meets set criteria. Operations Sort material as needed. Accurately and legibly fill out paperwork daily. Perform record- and time keeping activities as required. Complete damaged goods reports and/or accident reports as required. Use power- and hand tools typically found in a warehouse environment. Checks parts for non-conformance per work instructions and/or criteria. Makes pass/fail decisions on non-conformance items. Use powered industrial trucks and pallet jacks to move material within the work area. Complete other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned. Organization & Management Communicate sort/inspection results to managers, supervisors and production source. Complete other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned. Technical Accurately perform basic mathematics (add, subtract, multiply, divide). Satisfactorily complete work instruction training. Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication. Operating-level proficiency using personal and laptop computers. Capable of neatly and clearly keeping records and recording time keeping. Powered Industrial Truck Operator (OSHA) with certification from TRIGO HT. Demonstrated competency in operating power and hand tools. Knowledge, skills, abilities Hard Skills · Proficiency in English. · Excellent written and verbal communications skills. · Ability to Coordinate, prioritize and multitask. · Demonstrated flexibility within a fast-paced, challenging environment. · Ability to take initiative and recognize needs. · Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential material. · Ability lift /move 30 pounds. · Must have reliable transportation.
