Our Core Room Production positions have the opportunity to earn up to a $1,000 retention bonus! The pay for the Core Room is $18 per hour for 1st shift positions and an average of $19 per hour for 2nd and 3rd shifts. The Core Room Production department is essential in creating high quality cores for the molds that make our castings. We have opportunities available for Coremakers, Core Service Helpers, and Fork Truck Drivers on the first and third shifts.
What You'll Do:
Coremaker
Operate the core making machines and perform finishing operations to produce the cores for molding operation
Core Service Helper
Support Core Room area, including packing cores into containers and assisting in the maintenance and inspection of core boxes
Fork Truck Driver
Operate fork truck to transport materials and product to maintain smooth production flow
