The Coordinator, Print Services provides printed materials and services to support internal and external C&S customers. The Coordinator prepares customer quotes, processes billing, and assists with reporting on financial performance. The Coordinator works with other team members and the Leadership Team to demonstrate the C&S Way and the Company's Values, execute the Company's Strategic Objectives, and continually elevate the Customer Experience.

Job Description
You will contribute by:
Coordinate, estimate, schedule and fulfill customer print projects.Maintain reporting logs and prepare monthly update summaries for Profit & Loss (P&L), budget and financial reports.Prepare and send quotes to customers for incoming print projects and complete follow-ups on customer inquiries.Approve and process vendor invoices and customer billing.Maintain appropriate inventory of paper, forms, labels and all relevant materials by placing orders and notifying management of any critical stock level adjustments needed.Perform other office, print and project responsibilities as needed Travel Required: No

We're searching for candidates with:

Specialized Knowledge : Proficient with computers as well as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); Basic understanding of key accountingprincipals. Willing to train!Special Skills :Familiarity with a print shop environment a plus Physical abilities: : Ability to lift 50 pounds at times; sit and stand for long periods of time Other: : Ability to build and maintain positive customer relations; Strong verbal and writing communication skills; Team player and customer oriented; Strong collaboration skills; Strong attention to detail and keen eye for noticing quality issues
