Effective January 3, 2022, all CPLC Employees and all Service Providers, are required to be Fully Vaccinated against COVID-19. Newly hired employees, who are not Fully Vaccinated at the time of hire, are expected to begin a vaccination series immediately upon hire. CPLC recognizes medical and religious exemptions to the COVID-19 vaccination requirement, in accordance with applicable law and upon approval by CPLC. OBJECTIVE AND POSITION SUMMARY
Technology Operations Procedure Writer will be responsible for the creation, maintenance and implementation/training of all technology policies, procedures, and plans. This position will work closely with IMTS, Strategy, R&E, Compliance, and all CPLC programs to provide annual updates on technology policies and procedures. In addition, the Technology Operations Procedure Writer will support IMTS and R&E projects, trainings and additional policy duties.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Develop, maintain, and manage technology policies and procedures
- Translate technological and/or complicated IMTS information into clear, concise documents appropriate for CPLC programs.
- Researches technology equipment, systems, and network information to ensure policies and procedures are up to date and compliance with all states
- Works with various teams in CPLC, including compliance team to ensure policies and procedures are in compliance with CPLC and programs.
- Requires knowledge or similar knowledge of Organizational Technology Policies, Network Security, Equipment, Information Systems.
- Develop strategic plans and metrics for the operations in the Technology Policies and Procedures.
- Participate in IMTS projects for Strategic planning, Research and Evaluation and Information Management and Technology departments by helping with trainings and policies and procedures implementation.
- May also assist with other related policies and procedures for IMTS, Strategy, and R&E.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
- 2-year Experience in policies and procedures or a closely related field, or a combination of education, training and/or experience that demonstrates possession of the knowledge, skills and abilities listed above.
- Expert knowledge of editorial standards and practices. Experience in technology equipment or computer information systems preferred .
- Computer Information Systems, Business Administration or related Bachelor's degree required.
- Bilingual applicants preferred but not required.
