Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a global seed company in search of a Seed Processing Line Operator.

Summary / Purpose:
Monitor seed line equipment during operations to ensure high quality seed processing and production.
Essential Job Functions:
- Monitor seed processing equipment during operations.
- Follow procedures and documentation, communicate clearly during shift change, avoid contamination and ensure product is tagged correctly.
- Ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Inspect and quality check product, verify accuracy.
- Interpret specifications and calibrate machines to reach goals.
- Simultaneously operate multiple pieces of equipment to produce product efficiently.
- Operate systems such as Human Manufacturing Interface (HMI) and Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
- Train and lead temp labor crews in seed processing functions
- Monitor indicators to assess progress production, and maintenance needs.
- Drive forklift to move inventory, pallets and other equipment.
- Ensure Company handbook, Rules Guidelines and Procedures and safety policies are followed and personal protective equipment is used correctly.
- Wear Personal Protective Equipment as needed.
- Work a variable work schedule as needed.
- Occasionally travel and/or drive and/or operate a forklift on behalf of the business.
- Meet attendance requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
