ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Create technical sketches with accurate construction callouts Assist with initial tech pack setup and ongoing maintenance Develop print pitch sheets with color and technique specifications Support special projects and assignments as needed Collaborate with Design Management to create boards, color cards, and decks Provide organizational support, including filing, scanning, and photocopying Review lab dips and submissions for accuracy Communicate with vendors to ensure timely and accurate deliverables Attend fittings and partner with the technical team on garment adjustments COMPETENCIES Ability to generate fresh ideas and translate them into compelling designs Works effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners Prioritizes tasks and meets deadlines in a fast-paced environment Approaches challenges with resourcefulness and adaptability Strong understanding of design tools and garment construction Ensures accuracy and consistency in all aspects of design work Clear and professional in both verbal and written interactions DESIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design or Digital Art 2+ years of experience in a related field or strong internship experience Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) Basic knowledge of garment construction and fit Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
