G/FORE is seeking a Men's Associate Designer to join our Design Team in Raleigh! This is an exciting opportunity to work with a passionate, innovative team leading the golf and activewear industry. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Create technical sketches with accurate construction callouts
Assist with initial tech pack setup and ongoing maintenance
Develop print pitch sheets with color and technique specifications
Support special projects and assignments as needed
Collaborate with Design Management to create boards, color cards, and decks
Provide organizational support, including filing, scanning, and photocopying
Review lab dips and submissions for accuracy
Communicate with vendors to ensure timely and accurate deliverables
Attend fittings and partner with the technical team on garment adjustments
COMPETENCIES
Ability to generate fresh ideas and translate them into compelling designs
Works effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
Prioritizes tasks and meets deadlines in a fast-paced environment
