About the facility: The Williamson, NYoperation is a roughly 1 million sq ft production facility with 217 acres of land. Production Technician III - Williamson, NY The Production Technician is responsible for the complete operation and changeover of assigned machines within PhD and all other associated work. This includes safely maintaining, repairing, replacing and assisting in modifying all processing, packaging, and facility equipment in accordance with on-line quality and Best Practice procedures.

Level I

Take proper samples to monitor Clean-In-Place (CIP) system for chemical concentration.
Monitor and maintain process controls.
Document accurate recordings of process and wash parameters as well as batch sheets.
Follow escalation protocol based on production and quality triggers.
Aid in the training of new personnel or upskilling of team members.
Effectively follow proper standard operating procedures (SOP).
Complete every shift Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS), Centerline (CL), and Clean, Inspect, Lubricate (CIL) tasks on a timely manner and accurately.
