Job Duties: Read, interpret, follow and understand standard work, blueprints and machine drawings Safely and efficiently drill, tap, shear and perform other machining operations using both NC and CNC equipment Safely and efficiently brake, bend, and form metal using various manual NC and CNC equipment Operate electric, hydraulic and air activated hand tools (wrenches, impact drivers, grinders, DA sander, etc.) Perform daily preventative maintenance and cleaning of work cells, machines and equipment Monitor product quality of packaged product to ensure compliance to standards and specifications Moving raw and in process materials to work cells and inventory locations Use basic mathematic skills such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing and fractions Efficiently use standard and precision measuring equipment (tape measurer & calipers) Ability to work under pressure and flexibility to adjust to sudden work pattern or schedule changes Comply with all applicable OSHA, EPA, local regulatory laws, and company safety policies Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Forklift driver qualification (preferred) Safety Oriented Problem Solving / Troubleshooting / Analysis Skills Extreme attention to detail working with precision measurements Ability to work in a team environment Results driven Physical Requirements: Intermittently bends, twists, and climbs for prolonged periods Ability to routinely lift 75 lbs Must have adequate sight to read blue prints and other manufacturing documents, and/or work orders and other manufacturing documents National Carwash Solutions is a proud equal opportunity employer.
