In this role, you'll work hands-on with CNC machines, ensuring quality parts are produced to spec while learning and growing your technical skills. What You'll Do: •Load and unload CNC machines and ensure parts meet quality standards. •Inspect parts and troubleshoot basic issues during production. •Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to complete jobs accurately. •Use measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, indicators, and gauges. •Maintain safety and quality standards in a fast-paced production environment. What We're Looking For: •High school diploma or equivalent. •2+ years of CNC or machining experience preferred, but not required-we're willing to train the right person. •Basic machining knowledge and ability to use common inspection tools. •Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. •Team-oriented mindset and commitment to safety and quality. •Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Full-time.
