3. Consult with sales staff to provide accurate estimates of labor time and to set realistic deadlines.

Job Description
The Production Technician shall:
Sterilize, prepare, and organize all necessary equipment and reagents into carts trays for use during sterile test sessions
Perform sample setups in accordance with standard operating procedures
Setup and prepare media quality control and growth promotion
Perform monthly air sampling
Perform cleaning duties, equipment PM maintenance and QC recording
Perform data entry into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
Operate sterilization equipment (i.e., autoclaves) and sonicators
Clean the Controlled Testing Environments (CTEs)
Prepare media, instruments, and supplies needed for Technologists to perform testing in CTEs
Maintain bacteria-free work areas and proper clean room sterility by using aseptic procedures and following all department cleaning guidelines.
Keep accurate records of sterilization and supply inventory, check expiration dates, and reorder supplies
Work within clearly defined standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods
Adhere to all quality and safety standards, policies and protocols in the lab as well as ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies
Work under moderate degree of supervision, referring complex and/or unusual problems to a supervisor

MACHINE OPERATOR II: This mid-level position is in a machine shop environment and requires a team-oriented individual to assist in setting up and operating CNC machinery. You will also support various processes to produce parts for the aerospace industry.
Essential Responsibilities:
* Maintain proper condition of measuring instruments
* Maintain proper cutting conditions on machining centers
* Meet or exceed required output hours
* Sets equipment/machinery to required settings
* Monitors operation of machinery or equipment
* Determines whether materials or products meet standards
* Performs other duties as required and available for overtime as necessary.
Skills Required:
* Read and interpret engineering drawings
* Ability to read and understand basic work instructions for production processes.
* Skills and understanding with hand and power tools to include, rotary tooling, sanding devices, manual deburring tools and pneumatic handheld tools.

Position Summary
The Machine Operator safely handles delicate materials, operates grinding and polishing equipment, and ensures products meet exact specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Handle fragile glass components with precision and care
Prepare materials for cutting and processing
Mount, dismount, and debond materials for machine operationsOperate diamond wire saws, lapping, and polishing equipment
Measure, package, and document machine operations and material specifications
Perform basic machine maintenance to ensure optimal performance
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace

Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Availability: 40 hours/week, M-F
Proficient with hand tools, precision gauges, and mechanical aptitude
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and team-focused
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
Successful completion of a 4-week probationary period to develop necessary skills
Desired Skills
Lean manufacturing experience
Basic knowledge of lapping and polishing machine setup, disassembly, maintenance, and reassembly
