DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Flowback Operator is responsible for accurate collection and reporting of well data on an hourly basis with the ability to understand and interpret the data and look for signs of well variance. They will also perform ongoing dumping of sand from separators as well as pulling sand filter screens for cleaning.
This individual can safely work well on remote locations under minimal supervision with the assistance of a supervisor. The Flowback Operator will also have a full understanding of equipment functionality and be able to perform maintenance on most equipment.
Specific responsibilities
Accurately collect and report well data based on well flow
Troubleshoot and perform most equipment maintenance
Check differential pressure on a regular schedule, pull screens as needed, and effectively clean screens
Regularly dump sand separators
Gauge frac tanks
Identify safety concerns and report them to Supervisor
Maneuver location safely and know where hazards
Responsible for reading and interpreting documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance manuals, and procedure manuals
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Other tasks as assigned
Education, Training and Experience
2- 3 years of previous production flowback experience is required.
Skills and Abilities
Experience operating surface pressure control and separation equipment (e.g. pressure control manifolds, multi-phase separators, sand management equipment, line heaters, flare systems, and other surface flowback equipment)
Thorough understanding of pressures in tubing and casing as well as where to find pressures and what those pressures mean
Ability to recognize differential pressure to know when to pull screens for cleaning.
Able to adjust back pressure regulators
Skilled at changing orifice plates
Capable of collecting and sampling well fluid checking chloride and oil API gravity.
Thorough knowledge of well opening sequence procedure to bring a well online
Full understanding of separator functionality and ability to adjust fluid levels as needed
Detailed comprehension of the separation process of oil, gas, water and solids
Know the flow path from the well head to the separation equipment through to storage tanks and pipelines
Capable of independently performing filter operations
In depth knowledge of pumps, valves, rigging mechanisms, pressure testing, etc
Full Competency in collection, interpretation and reporting of well data
Basic understanding of how to and when to equalize flow back tanks
Able to judge fluid rates and trucking disposal track times
Able to read. understand and execute an established evacuation plan
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, and decimals

The employee must be adaptable to the unique work conditions that consist of long and irregular hours and changes in locations of work assignments. This position requires working in the field setting a majority of the time with various conditions consisting of: wet, cold, and/or humid conditions at well sites, working near moving mechanical parts, vibration, loud noise, potential fumes or airborne particles, exposure to toxic or caustic chemicals where proper PPE must be donned.

What you'll be doing:
Position is responsible for performing the duties and responsibilities of fermentation productionoperations.
Location: Midland,TX
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare reactors for fermentation including loading raw materials, setting parameters, testing equipment functionality, and inoculation of culture.
Operate PLC to gather data and set temperature, pH, and other parameters.
Prepare scheduled samples for testing and analysis by quality control.
Clean and sterilize equipment, reactors, and all parts utilized in production.
Maintain warehouse area and ensure high level of cleanliness and organization of materials.
Perform routine maintenance on reactors, tanks, pumps, and other production equipment.
Wear required PPE while carrying out position responsibilities.
Follow SOP's and protocols to maintain product quality.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
High school diploma or GED required.
Knowledge or experience in fermentation, or microbiology preferred.
Schedule flexibility, including some weekend work required.
Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance preferred.

What You Will Do:
Set up and operate equipment, lend expertise to resolving process problems, perform the less complicated work on tools and dies, perform periodic preventive maintenance checks and less complicated repairs. Apply lacing, braiding, heat-shrink, and other harness protection methods.
Installation & Integration

MAIN FUNCTIONS:
Under the circumstances that the Rig Operator is not able to complete his job duties as assigned the Relief Operator will assume the role of Operator. Under the direction of a Rig Manager, the Rig Relief Operator organizes the rig crew (Floor Hands and Derrick Hands), conducts Job Safety Meetings, delegates the collection of materials and equipment needed to perform the contracted services, drives the Rig to the work site, operates the rig and equipment and directs the crew to set-up and prepare the rig for the tasks to be performed. Directs the assigned floor hands and derrick hands to safely perform the service tasks contracted by a client utilizing the equipment provided by the employer; documents services performed, the billable supplies used during the process and the time elapsed while performing the contracted services. The Rig Relief Operator uses specialized equipment to guide instruments, tubing, and casing down holes. He must keep his working environment in a clean and organized fashion and is responsible for ensuring that all the equipment he uses is in proper working order. Relief Operators' duties also include cleaning, fueling, repairing, and maintaining workover rig equipment to include greasing, changing oils and lubricants as needed and on a regularly scheduled basis.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Available to work beyond the traditional 8-hour workday; available to work Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays, to meet operational needs. Well services work is generally performed during daylight hours, Monday through Friday, occasionally on Saturday and or Sunday. Certain operations cannot, however, be completed during a single daylight period and must be continued without interruption, over several consecutive days. Such operations are referred to as "24-hour operations," and require two or more shifts, crews, to operate the rig. Able to work at heights up to or greater than 50 feet.
* Dependability is imperative. Reporting for work at the prescribed location and time, dressed for deployment to work, is essential. Unauthorized absences will result in discipline up to and including employment termination.
* Performing maintenance services and repairs on oil and gas wells as part of a three-to-five-person crew.
* Lead the daily pre-job tailgate safety meetings and writing JHA's.

MAIN FUNCTIONS:
Under the circumstances that the Rig Operator is not able to complete his job duties as assigned the Relief Operator will assume the role of Operator. Operator is responsible for assisting in install, repair and maintain overhead and underground electrical power lines and auxiliary equipment. Daily Activities
Assist the lineman is the various aspects of line maintenance, repair and construction.
Prepare and assemble various line apparatus required for particular work being performed.
Keep work areas clean and organized. Pickup scrap wire, boxes, and other discarded materials.
Communicate with power plant dispatch regarding opening/closing and tagging/un-tagging of circuits while work is being performed.
Assist with using and maintaining protective equipment (hot sticks and rubber goods).
Use of various hand and power tools.
Assist with loading of various materials onto trucks and/or trailers.
May be required to assist lineman in second bucket while working on lines.
Prepare pole mount transformers and assist with installation.
Assemble conduit and place in trench.
Assist with installation of various underground apparatuses.
Assist with pulling wire.
Must be knowledgeable with the materials needed and process to strip and terminate underground cables.
Ability to perform duties involving prolonged standing, sitting, crouching and/or stooping. Ability to push, pull, and position tools, equipment, and structural material weighing in excess of 100 pounds.
Ability to accurately read and record meter data.
Operates boom, bucket trucks and other heavy equipment requiring a valid Texas CDL
Comply to all company policies and procedures
