As a Store Associate, you'll be responsible for merchandising and stocking product, cashiering, and cleaning to keep the store looking its best. Requirements Abilities/Skills Required: Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and work over equipment for long periods of time. Ability to follow instructions pertaining to the processing and testing of all machinery, equipment, and materials. Knowledge and application of measuring tools such as calipers, depth micrometers, torque testers, etc. Skill in using basic hand tools. Ability to differentiate types of materials, colors, practices, and applications. Ability to analyze problems and provide solutions which will minimize equipment down-time. Ability to be a good team player, work closely with others to form a strong team spirit, offer training to others, and work with people of diverse backgrounds. Basic math skills. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. Minimum Educational/Experience Requirements: 3+ years previous experience operating machinery. Preferred Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior Automation Equipment experience preferred. Salary Description 17.50 hr
