May be assigned to calculate, compile, and report production volumes as directed by the mogul supervisor. Performs all duties assigned within the mogul section, including the loading and unloading of trucks into the mogul or dryroom, the loading of starch into the mogul, the manipulation of pump bars, and the catching and loading of candy trays.
