Position Summary:
The Production Technician 2: PVA works with materials to create a finished product for commercial or industrial use. Please note that this position has a typical schedule of Monday - Thursday, 7am to 6pm.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Follow checklist for production start-up including: preparing machine for production, ensuring line is ready for production, turning on production equipment including but not limited to: compressor, vacuum, Mattpak, etc.
Input work orders into appropriate printers to ensure accurate product marking.
Affix product label rolls onto labeling machine.
Initiate and monitor the operation of the automated bagging machine.
Generate pallet tickets and record pallet information clearly and accurately.
Conduct routine quality inspections to ensure product meets Satellite standards and identify and report any quality defects promptly.
Count materials and report inventory discrepancies.
Understanding work orders and bill of materials and ability to review and sign off on materials as required.
Count and stack boxed product(s) in a neat and thorough manner.
Move, stack, wrap, and replace pallets on robot.
Bag packets into bags utilizing appropriate equipment/machinery.
Perform accurate hand-counting of packets.
Complete housekeeping duties regularly, following standard operating procedures and operational needs including but not limited to: sweeping, squeegeeing floors, cleaning process equipment, etc.
Report waste and scrap materials in an accurate and timely manner.
Verify that all materials match the specifications outlined in work orders.
Labeling containers to meet customer specifications and federal regulations.

Aseptic Production Operator IIAs an Aseptic Production Operator II, your primary responsibility is to ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of aseptic manufacturing processes and equipment. Overall knowledge about Aseptic Production, such as basic concepts about Microbiology and pH, Low Acid and High Acid Products, and causes of sterility loss.
Monitor all the Aseptic Block equipment Critical Control Points (CCP), using a Human Machine Interface (HMI), to ensure the final product sterility is maintained. Identify and address potential contamination risks and work with your Supervisor and Quality/ Maintenance Teams to mitigate/ eliminate them.
Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot Aseptic Block Equipment, such as filling and blow molding machines, sterilizers, and filtration systems. Detect equipment malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining and adjust machine controls. Be alert to the alarms and act quickly to adjust equipment to prevent unnecessary downtime.
Perform routine equipment maintenance, which involves cleaning, inspecting, and lubricating (CIL) the Aseptic Block Equipment. These routine activities will be performed under Maintenance Technician supervision to maintain good equipment performance.
Follow Quality Control Niagara's procedures for in-process checks, sampling, and inspections to ensure product quality and compliance. Perform visual inspections, measurements, and other quality control tests to identify deviations or defects and take appropriate corrective actions. Responsible for testing Torque, Top load, Bottle Section weights, and Cleaning/ Sterilization Chemicals concentrations (ability to perform Titrations)
Responsible for accurately documenting all production activities, including Production Logs, Machine Reports, Quality Reports, and Downtime Reports, using software such as Presage and Infinity. Adhere to cGMP guidelines and regulatory requirements to maintain compliance with Niagara's Quality Systems and external regulatory bodies.
Maintain a safe working environment by following safety protocols such as Lock out Tag out (LOTO), wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), Housekeeping and participating in safety training programs. Report any safety incidents, near misses, or hazards to your Supervisor.

Job Overview:
The primary function of the Production Technician position is to ensure safe and reliable operation of the Taylor, TX - ASU's, hydrogen electrolyzers, backup systems, purifier buildings and associated equipment to continuously supply quality product safely, complying with all environmental regulations and daily customer requirements. Aseptic Production Operator II - VTISAs an Aseptic Production Operator II, your primary responsibility is to ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of aseptic manufacturing processes and equipment. You will focus mostly on the Aseptic Block Equipment (Blowmolder, Filler, and its peripherals devices). You will play a crucial role in maintaining sterile conditions and producing high-quality beverage products. As a senior production team member, you will also provide junior operators guidance, training, and support.
Key Responsibilities
Execute aseptic manufacturing processes in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). This includes preparation, setup, operation, and monitoring of aseptic blowing/ filling, cleaning, and sterilizing the aseptic block equipment. Knowledge about Chemicals used in the Aseptic Block Equipment and their critical interactions (GHS & SDS).
Overall knowledge about Aseptic Production, such as basic concepts about Microbiology and pH, Low Acid and High Acid Products, and causes of sterility loss.
Monitor all the Aseptic Block equipment Critical Control Points (CCP), using a Human Machine Interface (HMI), to ensure the final product sterility is maintained. Identify and address potential contamination risks and work with your Supervisor and Quality/ Maintenance Teams to mitigate/ eliminate them.
Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot Aseptic Block Equipment, such as filling and blow molding machines, sterilizers, and filtration systems. Detect equipment malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining and adjust machine controls. Be alert to the alarms and act quickly to adjust equipment to prevent unnecessary downtime.
Perform routine equipment maintenance, which involves cleaning, inspecting, and lubricating (CIL) the Aseptic Block Equipment. These routine activities will be performed under Maintenance Technician supervision to maintain good equipment performance.
Follow Quality Control Niagara's procedures for in-process checks, sampling, and inspections to ensure product quality and compliance. Perform visual inspections, measurements, and other quality control tests to identify deviations or defects and take appropriate corrective actions. Responsible for testing Torque, Top load, Bottle Section weights, and Cleaning/ Sterilization Chemicals concentrations (ability to perform Titrations)
Responsible for accurately documenting all production activities, including Production Logs, Machine Reports, Quality Reports, and Downtime Reports, using software such as Presage and Infinity. Adhere to cGMP guidelines and regulatory requirements to maintain compliance with Niagara's Quality Systems and external regulatory bodies.
Maintain a safe working environment by following safety protocols such as Lock out Tag out (LOTO), wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), Housekeeping and participating in safety training programs. Report any safety incidents, near misses, or hazards to your Supervisor.

As a Field Robot Operator, you will be responsible for driving a van and deploying our robot fleet in Austin, TX. You will work closely with remote operations teams to ensure the robot is deployed safely from our vans and successfully and efficiently carries our deliveries in accordance with our target volumes. Shifts last four to eight hours and may also be in early mornings and late evenings. For individuals that are eager to get full exposure to robot operations or seek more variety in daily tasks, it is also possible to combine the Field Robot Operator and Remote Robot Supervisor role.What you'll be doing
Field Operating: Driving the van to delivery points, ensuring safe and efficient deployment of robots to and from the van and supporting the robot on its delivery drives, with a focus on meeting our delivery volume targets.
Intervention and Safety: Perform the critical safety responsibility of intervening and controlling the robot in the unlikely event that the autonomy or remote supervision fails. In addition, safely driving the van vehicles and adhering to traffic laws and regulations at all times.
Public Interactions: The Field Operator role is very much the "human face" of RIVR as it is likely to be the most common way that members of the public will interact with our robots. Therefore professionally handling different situations and interactions with members of the public in live operations is a key responsibility of the role.
Data & Feedback: As we are building and scaling operations in Austin, a requirement of this role is to collect data and feedback from the field and communicate this to various internal teams with the view to improve operational efficiency, safety and value for our partners.
Varia: Assisting with the onsite team to build and scale the Austin operations by helping out with hub-based tasks and offering support when needed to technical and remote operations teams when required.
