ROLE SUMMARY: Production operators are a vital piece of the Supply organization within Anheuser Busch. Production operators help pump out the volume working with high-speed, automated technology. Safety first, quality always, then volume. Production operators are a critical part of our workforce, by monitoring quality, interpreting data, and improving upon processes to ensure we're operating the best we can. Job performance must aid attaining TDC key performance indicators for safety, quality, delivery and cost. Role Responsibilities: Produce parts made from plastics, stainless and carbon steel, aluminum and other materials by operating power & break presses for punching, cutting, forming, bending, slitting, etc. ensuring compliance with requirements. Setup and operate machinery according to work order, safety and performance procedures and expectations. Install workpiece stoppers, guides and any other auxiliary equipment required; control material flow IN/OUT. Carry out production ensuring that established features to the form, fit and function of the product are achieved during stamping process. Perform setup/ change-over applying the single minute exchange die (SMED) procedure. Monitor work piece quality on each operation by submitting 1st piece and the subsequent 100th pieces for inspection in compliance with TDC inspection-testing procedures. Operate machinery to the full capacity and report any issue that can result in machine sub-utilization. Maintain WIP & finished product identified regarding inspection status & traceability by placing TAGs/labels on pallets and crates indicating purchase order, part number, work order, date, quantity, etc. Fill paperwork timely by adding production output data to the routers, stating time, dates, quantities, approvers etc.; make sure info is accurate, clear and complete. Identify and segregate any nonconforming product and notify supervisor for determining further actions. Carry out daily preventive maintenance and inspection to machinery, tooling and auxiliary equipment, including trucks following the customized check lists; report any item noticed out of compliance from OSHA and company regulations. Dispose scrap, broken pallets, lubricants and other chemicals timely, using allotted containers/dumpsters as indicated by HMT procedures. Sort, set in order and clean tools, shadow boards, machinery, floors, cabinets, transportation carts, etc. in compliance with 5S program and the weekly tasks schedule. Other tasks as required by HMT management. Qualifications Required: High school or vocational training, preferable. 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing environment preferably sheet metal fabrication. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret basic engineering drawing. Maintain daily production performance above 90%. Successfully completed forklift training. Ability to communicate read and understand in the English language. Fabricate avionics wire harnesses, terminations, connectors, pin and socket assemblies, harness shields, ground terminations, and related components per drawings. Communicate project progress, status, and potential issues to stakeholders and leadership. Implement and maintain agile project management methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
