ROLE SUMMARY: Production operators are a vital piece of the Supply organization within Anheuser-Busch. Production operators help pump out the volume working with high-speed, automated technology. Safety first, quality always, then volume. Production operators are a critical part of our workforce, by monitoring quality, interpreting data, and improving upon processes to ensure we're operating the best we can. Maximize machine productivity, performing timely changes between jobs and achieving and maintaining maximum run speeds. Troubleshoot operating difficulties, analyze machine operations, and make necessary mechanical adjustments to eliminate quality variations and mechanical malfunctions. Removal and replacement of straight knives and/or envelope dies based on job specifications. Ensure quality of product being packed or stacked by following written quality control procedures. Make proper size changes and adjustments to all assigned machines in accordance with estimated change times; note any delays on work order.
