The Process Operator at LTF is responsible for running all manufacturing-owned operations within the Lignin production process, operating support equipment and following standards and procedures for the Plant to ensure maximum production quantity and quality. The Machine Technician sets up and adjusts envelope cutting and gumming machines for safe and efficient operation in the production process. This includes the start-up, operation, adjustment to proper parameters involving close tolerances, maintenance, troubleshooting, and cleaning of the equipment. (This is meant to be a guide. Duties may vary dependent upon management.) Essential Position Functions: Set up and adjust various types of cutting and gumming equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation. Work with gum and glue products that will need cleaning and replenishing. Works with oil and grease that is applied to all moving parts to ensure optimal machine performance.
