* Knows how to access IQMS and all related Quality files for the gathering and reporting of product measurements, MRB's, Calibrations, etc….
* Has access to the G drive and all acceptable product deviations.
* Prepares an NCR report and communicates with the Shift Manager/ Team Leader when non conformances are found. Requests that all issues be fixed and additional parts are brought to the station for verification. Includes, flash, product respect, sizing issues, short shots, etc…

SUMMARY
Will hand-wind, operate a robotic winding machine, assemble components, mold/encapsulate, inspect, or rework small electronic components that will conform to work orders/quality standards/blueprints.
TASKS
Operate or tend coil-winding machines to wind magnet-wire coils used in electrical components such as resistors, inductors and filters.
Working on a team in a cell environment or individually at a work station, will fit, fasten and wind magnet-wire coils, either by hand or with automated (sometimes robotic) machinery.
Select and load materials such as coil forms and spooled magnet wire, onto machinery used in coiling winding processes.
Watch and observe monitors, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly.
Prepare components for transition to next step in the assembly process.
Cut, strip, and bend wire leads at ends of coils, using hand tools.
Apply solutions or conformal coating to certain components, using hand tools; bake product in ovens.
Conducting tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance.

THE OPPORTUNITY:
Under the direction of the Screenprint Supervisor and Trainer, this position is responsible for processing screenprint orders through preparing garments, applying inks through use of screenprint press, and making quality adjustments as necessary. This position will lead the Unloader and provide first steps in quality control. The operator is responsible for changing screens and setting up/cleaning ink for specific orders, and operating the screenprint press to produce the best t-shirts in the biz. The operator will help verify garment quality and ink design to achieve company standards, and will wow our customers by meeting department and company goals.
