* Provide support and assistance in the use of NASA's online application and registration system for internships, fellowships, academic, research, professional development opportunities, and other learning experiences.
* Identify and recruit mentors based on defined program criteria.
* Receive and review applications and aid in the selection of participants.
* Develop metrics and provides updates to leadership on trends and findings.
* Research and develop approaches to increase broader participation, enhance management efficiencies, lower overhead costs, and maximize implementation.
* Analyze and summarize disparate information in a clear and concise manner.
* Draft data collection methodologies and coordinate with appropriate organizations.
* Perform special projects as requested.
Qualifications
* B.A. or B.S. degree
* 2 years of work experience
* Ability to develop a variety of written and presentation-based work products and deliverables
* Ability to work in a team-based environment
* Ability to travel to and work on client sites as needed
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint
* Excellent analytical, problem solving, and presentation skills
* Excellent customer relationship management skills
* This position requires an active security clearance at the Secret level. You must be a US citizen.
