As an intern, you'll be impacted by meaningful assignments to apply what you've learned in class and the chance to learn new things first-hand. You will have access to mentors, professional development, exposure to executive leadership and opportunties to prepare for future roles with Sodexo!

Spring internships can range from 20-40 hours a week, begin mid-January, last for 10-12 weeks and start at $15/hour (some highly skilled positions could be more). Internship host sites exist across the country: some are onsite with others remote or hybrid.

Employees who work in Healthcare and Seniors are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a term and condition of employment at Sodexo, absent a legally required exception, and are required to report their vaccination status and upload proof of vaccination via an online portal.

Position is part of a formal internship program in professional development in the contract management services industry. Supports business units and assists in projects. Builds skills and knowledge in large corporate and team environment

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Current college student with studies in hospitality/food management, facilities management, engineering, communications, human resources, accounting, marketing or another industry related college program.

The Rotational Program will be a 2-year program aimed at developing high-potential Staples leaders. The program will allow the participants to complete 4, 6-month rotations on different teams over the course of the program. The rotational program will provide a diverse field of responsibility and you will work directly with leaders across several business units to help drive deeper understandings of business performance and trends, as well as ensure businesses are performing in line with short and long-term objectives.
