Oversee the New Product Introduction (NPI) development and implementation of technical packaging projects/programs that deliver pragmatic and integrated solutions and services to meet customer initiatives, which includes product launches, process improvements, and other strategies and objectives for the customer. Maintain post-sale contact with customers to facilitate a positive and productive long-term relationship. Provide tactical support to sales and management, providing information regarding customer issues, needs and opportunities, including any packaging technical issues during the NPI development phase and providing alternative solutions to enhance optimization of the product. Enhance external client relationships by working seamlessly with clients and internal teams on new product to solve operational challenges and navigate the potential technical direction from concept stage to mass production cycle, which includes the coordination of packaging Design of Experiment during the design exploration. Coordinate packaging design related resources and activities: account coordination, structural design, inspect graphic design/pre-media, participate in press checks, validate package engineering, quality assurance, solution development, material recommendations and logistics. Collaborate with internal cross-functional team members, as well as the customer's core team to track milestones in the delivery of projects. Evaluate ongoing progress and status of projects, track progress against milestones, process issue resolution and take corrective action as needed. Provide accurate communication to the project team on business, creative, legal, and technical requirements of a project, including the analysis of reliability test reports to provide potential technical solutions. Required Skills

Minimum Requirements:

Employer requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Packaging, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field and three (3) years of packaging-related project management experience.

Of the required experience, must have:

+ 3 years of experience with packaging design and print;

+ 3 years of experience with Packaging Development within the cosmetics, consumer electronics, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry, specific to paper and plastic packaging products; pre-media, printing and color management;

+ 3 years of experience communicating with internal and external stakeholders, in verbal, written & presentation format.

+ 3 years of experience working with cross-functional, cross-divisional, and international teams, to deliver projects timely, managing deadlines, and coordinating internal and external project activities; and

+ 2 years of experience utilizing each of the following software: Adobe Creative Suite, ArtioCAD, Microsoft Office Suite,G-Suite, Mac OS X or equivalent, Agile or equivalent.

Up to 25% domestic and international travel required.

Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days/week.
