We're seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive forward our Transit Maintenance Facility and Green Fleet market sectors for national markets.This strategic role will work to provide subject matter expert leadership and develop new client relationships while expanding established business. This position will be expected to pair business development efforts with technical knowledge, senior project management responsibilities and team leadership. You will lead project teams in the execution of project contracts while satisfying regulatory requirements, company commitments and client expectations.

We will rely on you to provide sound guidance and strategic advice to both your team and clients as you fulfill these roles. Our clients face myriad issues and will lean on you for expert advice and guidance. Established relationships in Municipal and or Transit maintenance facility markets to support growth-related initiatives Significant experience with fleet, bus, electric vehicle and rail maintenance facility projects At least 10 years' experience in the industry, with at least a minimum of 5 years in Project Management of related projects Professional degree in Architecture or Engineering Current professional registration

Integro is seeking a
Senior Project Manager
(SPM) to lead and direct engineering teams, based out of our
Salisbury, NC
location, to develop customized turnkey automated solutions for a wide range of industries utilizing their engineering and commercial knowledge & wisdom. The SPM must possess the ability to understand abstract conceptual designs and drive them to working electro-mechanical deployed implementations. Integro SPM's work closely with all internal departments including Mechanical, Electrical, Field, & Software Engineering, Sales, Finance, & Assembly.


A Senior Project Manager reports directly to the Director of Operations.

Responsibilities


The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing the team on multiple simultaneous projects in-house and/or on-site at customer locations. The Senior Project Manager consults with the customer on direction and leads projects from inception to completion as well as long-term maintenance.


Perquisite Skills and Characteristics

BS or MS degree in an engineering discipline preferred with 5+ years relevant equivalent experience Excellent time management and organizational skills, the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects Ability to work with co-workers, customers, and vendors in a courteous and tactful manner to resolve problems Ability to concentrate, handle pressure, meet deadlines, and pay attention to detail A motivated, self-starter with the ability to follow directions and complete assignments with minimal supervision Excellent verbal and communication skills required Maintain professional appearance/demeanor and a positive attitude under stress Ability to work independently and in a team environment Must be able to analyze many variables and choose the most effective course of action given the situation. The Senior-Level Project Manager will manage and lead a staff responsible for individual, multi-disciplined real estate project solutions for clients, with direct accountability for project delivery.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Review the Environmental Programs Gap Analysis and further design, develop, implement, and manage campus wide environmental programs to mitigate the gaps. Priority areas are described but not limited to the following:

o Air Emissions Management

o Hazardous Waste Management

o Petroleum, Oil & Lubricant (POL) Management

o Solid Waste Management

Manages all facets of facilities project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for individual real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout. Demonstrates capability to read, understand and apply standard to complex documents affecting real estate projects, including but not limited to: agreements/contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys, and drawings. Interfaces directly with clients to define project requirements. Prepares scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, cash flow, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification. Identifies project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through individual project qualification process; conducts standard to complex request for proposals; completes bid analysis; leads evaluation interviews, recommends resources to clients. Leads project delivery resources/team (typically larger more experienced team) providing project guidance and direction to achieve project goals. Implements communication plan for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keep client and project resources informed. Facilitates project meetings. Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements. Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely and coordinated. Tracks progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines. Reports status and variances. Creates action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule. Implements change management routines to assess change requests, make recommendations, secure client approvals, and issue change orders. Assesses change requests to determine impacts to scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk. Demonstrates ability to identify complex project risks, lead constructability reviews, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks. Demonstrates knowledge of projects & project management within the context of business results (business case, larger economic implications, business risk, etc.). Other duties as assigned. Plans and monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor, including overtime. Manages project delivery resources/team (typically larger more experienced team). Responsible for identifying training needs, tracking performance, coaching, and motivating team members.
Skills & Requirements

Qualifications and Education Required:


Active Top Secret Clearance Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health Management or related field and 10 or more years of experience. Experience with environmental work is preferred. Knowledge of state and federal environmental, safety and health regulations are required Comprehensive knowledge of environmental, occupational safety and health disciplines, in order to effectively develop and implement environmental safety and health programs. Other programs as approved by the COR (Contracting Officer's Representative)
