Key Responsibilities:

+ Builds coordinated communication skills and strengthens critical thinking while teamed with the Project Leads.

+ Help develop task execution plans and monitor day-to-day activities for producibility improvement tasks, QN, SDO, and Class 2 Engineering Change activities at the direction of the Project and IPT Leads.

* Join us in PNA's head office in Somerville, MA and become a member of the small & dynamic Wholesale Operations team.

THIS POSITION IS FOR A MULTI-SEMESTER CO-OP. THE FIRST ROTATION WILL BE SUMMER 2023.

Facilities Management (FM) is a sub-function of Restaurant Development (RD). FM aims to provide Restaurant level support by planning and executing solutions for facilities and equipment related repair and capacity work. Through Mindset (We're Always Ready), Method (We Blend Art & Science) and Means (We Partner on Purpose), FM is uniquely positioned to serve as central liaison between Operators, field-facing support and internal stakeholders.

Facilities Management is looking for an eager candidate ready to jump into a fast-paced role that will provide an embedded view of the innerworkings of the Facilities Management team at Chick-fil-A. This Co-Op will be expected to execute projects by building key relationships and leveraging significant partnerships within the RD Services. The Co-Op role is highly regarded within our department, so there will be heavy exposure to a professional working environment and the requirements associated with that responsibility.

Responsibilities

The role will provide a wide range of exposure to the full life of our restaurants.

Minimum Qualifications

+ Current enrolled as a sophomore in an undergraduate degree program

+ Must be able to complete 2-3 non-consecutive working semesters prior to completing undergraduate degree.
