**Hybrid schedule
+ The ability to deliver new model launches in the assigned plant on time, on cost and at the target quality levels.
+ Ensure that the daily deployment of the on-site launch meeting cadence is followed, and that all launch processes and standards are followed, and management review documents are adhered to.
+ Support delivery of the Vehicle Launch to the prescribed Build Event Timing delivering builds on time, at cost and with quality.
+ Interface with the product/manufacturing engineers and assembly plant personal in identifying issues and timely resolution.
+ Coordinate the on-site Modification process, work with the plant and suppliers to track part updates and monitor the plant draw down plan of vehicle inventory at ok to buy.
+ Support development of risk mitigation actions and prove out plans to support quality launch.
+ Coordinate on going launch team activities including part sign off activities and shortage meeting.
+ Movement of pre-production vehicles through the plant inspection/control plan processes with on time delivery to customers.
+ Prepare weekly Assessment report(s) including data entry and updating key metrics of the program health.
