About Your Role
Within our Customer Experience (CX) organization, we are looking for customer focused individuals that want to help carry out the CX mission of enabling our healthcare customers to maximize the value of QGenda! Individuals that have a thirst for knowledge, a natural curiosity to learn and a desire to help customers solve their business objectives with technology.
As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) you are an integral part of the customer success team and will focus on driving customer adoption and expansion of QGenda products. Key Duties
Oversee the client lifecycle and proactively drive adoption of QGenda to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and retention
Work cross-functionally with (Technical Account Managers) TAM's, Professional Services and Support to ensure all customer requirements are correctly scoped and delivered
Build trust and strengthen long term relationships with key influencers and executive stakeholders across your portfolio of customers
Design and execute programs to expand and deepen QGenda adoption, usage and value across your customers: including training, enablement, evangelism, and customer internal marketing initiatives
Share customer success stories across the company to help inform our Go To Market strategies and partner with QGenda's marketing team to tell these transformation stories publicly through customer case studies
Review incoming customer concerns and drive appropriate get-well plans to improve all aspects of the customer's QGenda experience
Monitor at-risk customers, prioritizing outreach based on QGenda usage data and taking appropriate actions to manage escalations to an efficient resolution
Manage and achieve key business metrics including NPS, CSAT, Churn, Health and Adoption as well as appropriate Revenue Retention goals
Leverage partnerships with sales organization during expansion opportunities to grow customer footprint
Prepare and deliver recurring customer “Business Reviews” with key customer contacts, assessing overall health of relationship as well as business value realized from QGenda's suite of solutions
Who You Are
Proven ability to interact across organizations to ensure outstanding service is delivered to customers
Create evangelists by listening to customers closely and delighting them with our user experience and service
Adept at moving quickly between low level execution and high-level strategic thinking
Ability to independently organize own work, set priorities, and meet critical time deadlines
Experience You Bring
Bachelor's degree required

About Your Role
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll focus on a set number of owned accounts, and are responsible for the expansion in use of QGenda products in place while creating new opportunities for further product sales, broadening QGenda's footprint. You will expand our current customer base, access and acquire new business opportunities, deepening QGenda's footprint.
You will own the end-to-end sales process, develop and manage the pipeline, and strategically position and pitch the QGenda suite of products. You'll also act as a strategic advisor to existing customers and prospects, clearly understanding customer challenges and offering solutions that align with the customer and QGenda's objectives.
How You'll Make an Impact
Drive bookings growth by prospecting/hunting new clients and nurturing our existing relationships for additional sales opportunities
Develop relationships with multiple customer buyers, executives, and C-suite personas (e.g. CMO, CIO, CFO, COO)
Effectively communicate QGenda's value proposition and benefits across different personas: C-Suite, IT, Administrators, and Clinicians
Plan, develop and execute sales strategies to meet an established quota
Drive the conversion of your pipeline by managing deals from discovery, to pricing, then deal negotiation and managing the contract process
Work cross-functionally and collaboratively with BDRs, Marketing, Product and Customer Experience to identify/investigate growth opportunities and drive customer success
Maintain accurate data for all sales and prospecting activities in Salesforce
Stay up to date with healthcare industry knowledge, trends and market developments
Who You Are
Strong business acumen and communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to build deep relationships internally and externally
Highly accountable, ability to anticipate problems, define and implement effective solutions
Adaptable and flexible; ability to work with ambiguity and constant change
High focus on learning and understanding goals and strategy of customers and prospects
Experience You Bring
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university preferred
5+ years of experience selling Enterprise healthcare SaaS solutions
Experience growing existing accounts within specific territory
