Tracy K. Price is the founder and driving force behind Qmerit. Tracy is a serial entrepreneur whose vision for pairing technological innovation with process standard implementation has fostered growth and success at every company he has led.

After starting his career at Honeywell International, Tracy became co-owner and CEO of Mesa Energy Systems Inc., a mechanical service company based in California, in 1988. To support Mesa’s rapid expansion, in 1996 he co-founded FieldCentrix Inc., a leading-edge work order management software and mobile technology company. When Mesa was sold to EMCOR Group in 1998, Tracy continued to lead FieldCentrix. It was acquired by then-energy giant Enron in 2001 and merged with two other companies to form ServiceCo, built on the FieldCentrix technology platform.

Following Enron’s bankruptcy, Tracy successfully led a management buyout of ServiceCo in conjunction with a private equity group. After leading the company’s relaunch as The Linc Group (TLG) in 2003, he received the prestigious Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award (Western Region) in 2008. Tracy’s vision and dedication to service quality and technological innovation were also recognized by Microsoft, which awarded TLG its top customer honor- the Overall Customer Achievement Award-in 2009, as well as the Pinnacle Excellence Award for Technology Evangelism in 2007.

ABM Industries acquired TLG in 2010. After five successful years with ABM, Tracy spun off a core team and TLG’s workforce management software in 2016 to form Qmerit, serving as President and CEO. In addition to his current role as Qmerit’s Chairman and CEO, Tracy holds board positions at Sterling Solutions, Fidelity Building Services Group and Raiven Inc.

Tracy received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles, and completed the Executive Mergers & Acquisitions Program at the UCLA Anderson School of Management. He also carries C-10 electrical and C-20 mechanical licenses.

Eric Feinberg is a recognized leader in the human capital management and renewable energy communities.

At Qmerit, Eric is responsible for creating the workforce development program for the Qmerit contractor network. Core components of the program include workforce consulting and resource management, managed staffing, talent acquisition, training and technical education. Eric is also responsible for Qmerit’s contractor and workforce compliance programs.

Prior to joining Qmerit in 2021, Eric was Senior Vice President of Operations and Strategic Initiatives for the PeopleReady brand of TrueBlue Inc., the leader in light industrial, construction and renewable staffing services. During his 14-year tenure at TrueBlue, Eric was part of the executive leadership team, responsible for implementing new services and a digital transformation strategy to streamline workforce acquisition, development, placement and quality assurance. He was instrumental in the establishment and expansion of residential and utility-scale renewable energy services, developing “green” workforce solutions as well as expansion to the Middle East.

Previously, Eric served in executive roles at Professional Access and Manpower, two leaders in global IT staffing and outsourcing solutions. He has also served on the workforce development councils for the International Renewable Energy Agency and Solar Energy Industries Association.

Eric is a former U.S. Marine Corps officer and a Bronze Star Medal recipient.

Michael Roppolo is an accomplished senior executive with over 35 years of enterprise-level operating experience in the integrated technical facility services, technology and energy sectors.

Michael brings deep domain knowledge to Qmerit with a focus on operational excellence, having led both national sales and operations organizations.

Prior to joining Qmerit in 2020, Michael was Chief Corporate Development Officer at Fidelity Engineering, responsible for building out a national field services platform. Previously, he led Corporate Development for The Linc Group (TLG), a predecessor company of Qmerit. There, Michael led 25 acquisitions supporting the build-out of an international facility services company with over 4,000 employees in 45 states and 30 countries.

Following TLG’s acquisition by ABM Industries, he was responsible for global Corporate Development, overseeing acquisitions in the U.S. and Europe. In that role, Michael led more than 40 acquisitions in the integrated facility management space. He also led ABM’s Center of Excellence, focused on implementing service delivery initiatives and best practices across the enterprise. Earlier in his career, Michael held leadership positions at Honeywell International and FieldCentrix Inc., another Qmerit predecessor.

Michael received his Bachelor of Science in Business from California State Polytechnic University. He has completed executive management programs at the University of Southern California, the University of California at Los Angeles and Harvard University.
