**Job Description**

You will have as a target to guaranty the quality of the P700 nacelles which will be retrofitted onto our Savannah site

Reports To

The Production quality will report to the Senior Operations Manager.

Main activities

• You will need to guaranty the application of the production and quality processes, in accordance with the Safran Nacelles Quality Management System.

• You will actively participate on everyday tasks to ensure the On Quality Delivery targets, as well taking into account the On Time Delivery Constraints.

• Your day-to-day tasks will be, and not limited to, to perform workshop reviews, qualifications of the Savannah employees, to lead the containment in case of non-conformity, to be in support to products presentation to customer when required.

• You will be liaising with a "back office" in France, which will support you in achieving classic Quality tools such as 8D, 5why, QRQC, non-conformity eradication plans

• Part of your tasks will also be to manage suppliers non-conformity, and thus to be a coordinator with the Safran Nacelles Supplier Quality team.

• You will be a SNA Quality Representative in Savannah, and thus you will be in charge of the continuous improvement of our Customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Collaborative working relationship with Senior Operations Manager and the production Team Leader

• Working in partnership with production, MRB and Manufacturing Engineering teams.

• Work cross functionally with other SAFRAN sites in your field of expertise through various forums

**Job Requirements**

• Bachelors Degree in Quality or Aviation/Aerospace

• 3 years minimum experience in the Quality field

• Communication skills

• General aeronautical knowledge in this sector is a plus

• You have an understanding of:

Anomaly processing and characterization of nonconformities and application of the quality rules

Reading plans, specifications and document architecture

Understanding of technical documents (job instruction sheets, ranges, retouching instructions, etc.).
