Essential Responsibilities:
* Be responsible to maintain the following documents; all letters, material submittals, shop drawing submittals, Schedules, all other project documentation
* Be responsible to conduct at least three phases of control for each definable feature of the construction work as follows:
* Performed prior to beginning work on each definable feature of work, after all required plans/documents/materials are approved/accepted, and after copies are at the work site.
* This phase is accomplished at the beginning of a definable feature of work.
* Perform daily checks to assure control activities, including control testing, providing continued compliance with contract requirements, until completion of the particular feature of work.
* Record the checks in the CQC documentation. Conduct final follow-up checks and correct all deficiencies prior to the start of additional features of work which may be affected by the deficient work.
* Conduct additional preparatory and initial phases on the same definable features of work ifthe quality of on-going work is unacceptable;
* Be responsible for all quality aspects of the job(s), including the management of all Non-Conformity Cost of Quality (COQ), reporting to the customer as required.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in engineering or construction management
* Minimum of 10 years construction experience on construction hydro power house (Francis or Kaplan runner).
Desired Characteristics:
* A person who can always work on construction site (in USA) during construction phase.
* Must be familiar with EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) rules and manage local employee. (Norm EM-385)
