The Floorhand s job is to safely and efficiently provide the manual labor required to operate the equipment on the drilling rig floor. This includes the operation of tongs and use of drilling slips to assemble and disassemble drilling pipe and collars, operation of hoists to raise/lower equipment and personnel as well as hand tools, sledge hammers and large pipe wrenches to maintain and repair equipment. The Floorhand participates in a variety of activities in repairing, maintaining and cleaning the rig equipment. This may include chipping and painting, the physical movement of equipment, the mixing of chemicals and the greasing, oiling and washing of equipment, walls and floors. The Floorhand performs these tasks under the close supervision of the Driller. High School diploma or equivalent Understand the requirements of the Company Management System (to include policies, procedures, and expectations) and perform duties in accordance with them.Propose recommendations for improvements to the Company Management System or practices.Understand that everyone has the responsibility, authority, and obligation to interrupt an operation if a condition or behavior is observed which could cause harm to people, assets or the environment and act on understanding as required. The job of the Motorhand is to safely and efficiently ensure that the regular preventative maintenance and repair activities for the generators, main engines, air compressors, portable water system, drill water manifold and pumps, and cold start air compressors occur in a timely manner to prevent downtime and ensure the efficient and continual functioning of the mechanical equipment used in the operation of the drilling rig. The Motorhand works under the direction of the Rig Manager. This is a training position, where the Farm Hand will also begin training to perform operator duties, maintenance activities and laboratory sampling and analysis in preparation to become a Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator. Essential Functions * Must diligently attend monthly safety meetings and quarterly quality meetings. * Collects daily volume of water data put to 9 fields from WWTP. * Winterize pivots each year. * Perform a field berm check each month. * Collect and send off crop samples for analysis after each cutting. * Notify Environmental Manager of any pivot equipment issues. * Learn and perform regulatory Monitoring Well Sampling quarterly. * Learn to collect Land Application and Reverse Osmosis Retentive samples to send to outside labs for analysis monthly. * Keep propane bottles for company forklifts full. * Remove tumble weeds from chain length fence and run shredder tractor. (General Grounds Keeping) * During adverse weather keep snow plowed off of paved area with loader tractor. * Keep recycled materials from the cheese plant picked up and taken to recycling facilities. This position ensures safe, ethical hunting practices, high-quality client experiences, and the ethical care of deer, quail, exotic species, equipment, and facilities. 1. STAFF SUPERVISION & OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT Guide Team Oversight Supervise guide personnel, schedules, leave, and daily duties. Address minor conflicts and conduct routine performance check-ins. Provide training, coaching, and uphold workflow standards. Ensure policy compliance and safe operating procedures with vehicles and firearms. 2. WILDLIFE & HABITAT MANAGEMENT Manage feeding programs, weekly pasture feeding, and feed logs. Monitor wildlife health and report concerns. Maintain monthly feed-consumption analysis and forecasting. Record harvests, mortalities, and coordinate with the biologist. 3. FEEDERS, BLINDS & EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE Maintain feeders, blinds, and shooting lanes.
