Unlike some other websites, we rely on data over opinion when it comes to understanding companies. So when we decided to take a look at which companies are the best to work for in Minneapolis, we took a data-centric approach.
Specifically, we dug into the following data for each of the approximately 200 companies in Minneapolis:
- Company Financial Health -- Revenue per employee, years in business
- Employee Salaries -- Compared, by position, to local averages
- Employee Diversity -- Broken down by race, gender, education, and politics
Sources of data include the BLS, Federal Election Commission, and our own proprietary collection of resumes and job data.
