Collaborates with Product Formulation, Process Development/Commercialization and Package Engineering during formula development to ensure testing plans and protocols are right sized based on product form and package selection. Effectively communicates cross-functionally. • Works within department and assists senior technical staff on projects and initiatives. Drafts, updates, and/or trains on standard operating procedures, work instructions, methods and other laboratory documents as needed to ensure technical rigor and to comply with internal and regulatory requirements. • Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset in daily work. This may include attendance at Stability webinars, conferences, etc. to further the alignment of the lab to industry standards. • Expected to participate in routine laboratory maintenance efforts, including ordering, solvent preparation, hazardous waste disposal, instrument vendor communications, and overall GLP. • This job requires on-site work at a Mary Kay facility.
