What We Are Seeking
- Residential Roofing with Metal Roofing experience is REQUIRED
- Inspecting the structure of roofs in order to determine the best course of action.
- Repair roofs, including filling in holes, replacing missing shingles and flashing, working on the chimney, removing water damaged pieces and more
- Install new roofs by measuring the current dimensions of the house and cutting the roofing materials to ensure a perfect fit
- Installations of metal roofs, standing seam, fascia, soffit, gutters, downspouts and wall caps
- Measuring and cutting materials to ensure that they fit securely around vents, gutters, chimneys, and walls.
- Smoothing out rough spots on roofs to prepare the surface for waterproofing.
- Installing vapor barriers and insulation to create a more waterproof seal.
- Safely setting up ladders, scaffolding, and hoisting equipment as required.
- Updating the supervisor on job progress and reporting any problems related to the job.
- Safely transporting all required equipment and materials to job sites.
