In this role, you will...

Play a vital role in the direct sales team's process. Participate in weekly team meetings. Run daily reports to show activity of individual producers. Contact potential customers to verify contact information and set appointments for a quotes. Utilize the customer relationship management (CRM) system. Complete bi-monthly mail merges which communicate important renewal information to our current customers. Manage and prioritize multiple assignments. Perform other duties as assigned.

Active pursuit of BA/BS in business or related field preferred with at least one year completed and one year remaining. Proven ability to work on a team or operate independently and prioritize job duties. Outstanding interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Ability to succeed in high volume environments requiring personal organization, multitasking, and regular reprioritization with short turnaround time on items of high impact Experience in researching and accurately resolving technical subject matter while working under pressure and within time constraints. Strong customer service skills for use with internal and external customers with ability to effectively handle incoming calls and deal with difficult situations. Mandatory computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet). Advanced understanding of Adobe fillable PDF's, Excel and Access is a plus. The availability to work 15-20 hours per week during the school year and 40 hours per week in the summer at Fort Wayne, IN headquarters. Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship, both now and in the future.

Responsibilities include assisting with day-to-day activities related to leveraging central management systems such as SCCM (System Center), JAMF, Intune, and Google Cloud Management to automate end points with software and configuration updates. The analyst will develop report analysis skills to identify actionable opportunities that result in incident reduction or security improvements. This role will also assist in special project work. Responsibilities also will include maintaining process documentation and end user education materials.

+ Enter financial data into the financial spreadsheet, assess available financial and credit data, and provide a credit recommendation to Credit Analyst.

+ Assist department in the credit risk process including setting up and maintaining Customer Master in the SAP; filing, printing, faxing credit documentation, and purging credit files, etc.
