A Brief Overview
Provides direct patient care to all patients as well as documentation of care in accordance with policies and procedures under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist. What you will do
Follows ethics and standards as defined by the American Physical Therapy Association and Avera policy and procedures.
Follows the practices and standards per the State Board of Medical Examiners for the title of licensed physical therapy assistants.
Provides treatments to patients in an efficient and timely manner in accordance with the PT plan of care and physician's orders.
Communicates with the therapist appropriately to ensure effective treatment.
Produces appropriate, specific, clinical documentation for patient care given and assists with scheduling and paperwork associated with patient care.
Documents progress notes in accordance with departmental policies.
Charges patient appropriately for treatments given on a daily basis under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Assists with paperwork activities, files charts, and other duties, which may include and not be limited to billing, documentation, correspondence and file management.
Assists with clinical education of physical therapist assistant students.

POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Applicator/Operator to join our team. The Applicator/Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining spray equipment according to specifications as well as blending chemicals according to labels and will be responsible for assisting with the agronomy operations and providing excellent customer service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Executing processes and operating machinery and equipment as required, including providing accurate and efficient unloading and delivery of product. This position involves the frequent operation of Skidloaders, Tractor/Mowers, Forklifts and Applicator equipment.
Inspecting buildings, grounds, and equipment utilized by the facility to troubleshoot, perform light maintenance, and complete repair work.
Responsible for blending crop protection products per label instructions to ensure quality chemicals, reading maps, following directions, and operating equipment with computer assisted operations.
Interacting regularly with customers, peers, and management to provide exceptional customer service, pursue continuous improvement of facility operations, and promote a teamwork focused environment. Includes interacting with Sales and Agronomy teams regarding field scouting and chemical mix recommendations.
Adheres to all safety regulations, requirements, policies and procedures, including OSHA regulations, the vehicle policy and fleet safety program, and DOT regulations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma/GED or 0-1 year related experience; or combination of education and experience
Valid driver's license with the ability to obtain a CDL.
Commercial Applicator License or ability to obtain license.

POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Fuel Bulk Driver to join our team in Redfield, SD. In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering fuel to Agtegra owned sites and consumer customers. This position does not require overnights. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Load and unload tank wagon with petroleum products adhering to all Agtegra and governmental regulations.
Operate tank wagon according to Agtegra policies and state/federal laws.
Complete and transmit all paperwork in compliance with established Agtegra procedures.
Inspects all assigned trucks for defects/safety hazards before and after trips and submits report indicating truck condition. (Pre/post- trip inspections.)
Maintains miscellaneous service duties such as checking oil, water, fuel, tries, and tank related items daily.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns related to fuel delivery and services.
Accurately complete required paperwork as needed.
Adheres to all safety regulations, requirements, policies and procedures, including OSHA regulations, the vehicle policy and fleet safety program, and DOT regulations.

The Medication Assistant (MA) serves as caregiver who provides resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned residents under the supervision of a charge nurse. Provides housekeeping and laundry services to assist residents with keeping living areas clean and operational. Qualifications
High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, but not required.
Minimum age of 18 preferred. Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
Satisfactorily completes yearly department specific competency testing and maintains a record of continuing education credits for each year. A minimum of 12 hours continuing education are required annually based on state requirements. Maintains all department specific required certifications. When applicable, may need a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
Iowa: Require Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing. CNA certification must be maintained with the State Board of Nursing. Successful completion of a state-approved Certified Medication Aide/Assistant course once CNA certification is obtained.
Minnesota: Must have nursing assistant certification, have completed the 75-hour course and be registered with the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry. Successful completion of a state-approved Trained Medication Assistant course.
North Dakota: Require Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing. CNA certification must be maintained with the State Board of Nursing.
