Knowledge of CIP system and its use Foaming of equipment KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENT: Minimum of High School diploma; 2- year degree preferred; any education,/training a plus. Self-motivated individual with problem solving capabilities and good organizational skills. Prior experience in effectively managing multiple priorities in lab, packaging or equivalent. Strong written and oral technical communication skills. PPE (personal protective equipment) trained, including respirator certified. Math skills equivalent to minimum High School level; strong computer skills. Ability to accurately prepare and document the preparation of multi-component bulk mixes. Experience with inventory and batch management systems a plus. Must be flexible with respect to working hours. Temporary rotation of shifts to meet workload and training requirements is expected. Must be Tow motor certified. Job demands occasional heavy lifting (up to 70 lbs.) and moving of bulk raw materials.
