Job Description Rx Systems, Inc. is a climate-controlled facility, which is located in the Point West Industrial Park in St. Charles, MO. Our company has been specializing in pharmacy packaging and supplies since 1979. Employees at Rx Systems, Inc. have ample opportunity to grow within our company. Must be able to work around moving parts and machinery and must be able to lift boxes and materials up to 60 lbs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES Bilingual in both English and Spanish. Assists with translation during safety meetings and training sessions to ensure clear communication for all team members. Reads job orders and helps communicate when materials are needed. Communicates with Operators, Lead, and Supervisor in a professional manner. Able to perform material changes. Assists Operators with all wash-ups and washing of plates, along with other duties associated with these processes. Assists Operator with in all startup/cleanup processes on the machine. Willing to learn/train on specified Machinery. This includes running machinery at acceptable speeds and troubleshoot mechanical/process control problems. Assists Operator with the pre-mounting of their plates. Required to pack on machinery and assist Operator with daily duties. Packs to product specifications, makes up boxes for packing finished product, and labels all boxes as needed, if applicable. Obtains approval for startup from Quality Control or Supervision. Assists in taking out trash, changing gaylords, and opening/preparing input materials when applicable. Keeps machine and work area clean. Performs all duties in a safe and efficient manner. Have the ability to differentiate between various colors and shades as part of quality control and product inspection duties. Any other duties determined by management. Maintain a clean, organized, and roadworthy vehicle at all times. Assist with special projects as assigned by management. Job Description Rx Systems, Inc. is a climate-controlled facility, which is located in the Point West Industrial Park in St. Charles, MO. Our company has been specializing in pharmacy packaging and supplies since 1979. Employees at Rx Systems, Inc. have ample opportunity to grow within our company. We are looking for mechanically inclined, production-minded team members interested in learning a trade and growing with our company. Must be able to work around moving parts and machinery and must be able to lift boxes and materials up to 60 lbs. Reads job orders and helps communicate when materials are needed. Communicates with Operators, Lead, and Supervisor in a professional manner. Able to perform material changes. Assists Operators with all wash-ups and washing of plates, along with other duties associated with these processes. Assists Operator with in all startup/cleanup processes on the machine. Willing to learn/train on specified Flexo Machinery. This includes running machinery at acceptable speeds and troubleshoot mechanical/process control problems. Assists Operator with the pre-mounting of their plates. Required to pack on machinery and assist Operator with daily duties. Packs to product specifications, makes up boxes for packing finished product, and labels all boxes as needed, if applicable. Obtains approval for startup from Quality Control or Supervision. Assists in taking out trash, changing gaylords, and opening/preparing input materials when applicable. Keeps machine and work area clean. Performs all duties in a safe and efficient manner. Have the ability to differentiate between various colors and shades as part of quality control and product inspection duties. Attendance on-site required. Candidate Requirements Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
